Student answer (Band 5.5)

Nowadays a number of individual believe that the professionals ,such as doctor and engineers shoud serve their own country where they completed their expertise while other argue that they should have a freedom to work in anywhwere around the world where they wanted to carry on.

On the one hand, if expertise of such fields work in their own country it will help the country to boost their economy, they can work easily their is no language or culture barrier they can help their country for instance if a doctor who completed their training in one city and now work as general doctor their he could fascilitate that city and their people if their is shortage of doctor.

On the other hand, person should have freedom to make their own choices wherther where is the growth of caeer take place where should he can gain thier knowledge more or in which places help them it will not only assist to grow in their own field but the person is going to work with dedication.their is less stress furthermore if one country didn't have a job the person should have flexibility to work anyother places e.g if a individual who become an engineer in their country but that country doesn't have any fascilities person should have right to work anyother places it wil help thatperso to growth also it connects two different nations .

In my opinion person should have exemption to work wherever they want to it will hepl the productivity of country or orgnaiztion

In conclusion doctors ,engineers ezch professionalist ave a relief of choosing own work

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both sides of the discussion and state a clear preference in the opinion paragraph: professionals should be free to work wherever they choose. The examples about a doctor helping a city with a shortage and an engineer seeking work where facilities are available are relevant. However, the arguments are only partly developed. The benefits to the home country are mainly described as boosting its economy, without explaining how retaining trained professionals achieves this; the case for working abroad is broader but also needs a clearer explanation of its effects on professionals and society. The conclusion repeats your position but does not draw the discussion together. Develop each main reason with a clearer explanation and a specific example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable overall arrangement: an introduction, one paragraph for each view, your opinion, and a conclusion. This makes the main direction understandable. You also use signposts such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion.” However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow, particularly in the second body paragraph, where career growth, stress, job availability, and international connections are joined without clear links. Some references, such as “their” and “it,” do not clearly identify what they refer to, and the conclusion adds little beyond the opinion paragraph. Organise each body paragraph around one central reason and use clearer sentence boundaries and referencing.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “language or culture barrier,” “shortage,” “flexibility,” and “dedication,” and you attempt to discuss professional mobility in different ways. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or spellings make parts of the message difficult to understand. For example, “completed their expertise” does not clearly express completing professional training, while “fascilitate that city” appears to mean helping or serving the city. Errors such as “caeer,” “orgnaiztion,” and “anywhwere” also reduce clarity. Build a bank of accurate topic phrases and check spelling and collocations; precise wording will help your relevant ideas come across more effectively.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including conditional examples beginning “if a doctor…” and “if a individual…”. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors can make the reader work to understand the intended meaning. Examples include “if expertise of such fields work,” where the subject and verb do not agree, and “where should he can gain,” which combines incompatible question and modal structures. Articles, plurals, and sentence boundaries are also inconsistent, as in “a number of individual” and the long sentence beginning “On the other hand, person should have freedom.” Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly controlled subordinate clause, then check agreement and punctuation.
