Student answer (Band 5.5)
Some individuals often contend that skilled such as doctors and engineers ought to employed in the same state where they completed their trainings, while others argue that they should feel free to choose the country where they want to start their professional lives. In my opinion, they should not be bounded to select their career country.
There are many factors that support my opinion which I will elaborate later. This essay will discuss both opinions by giving reasonable arguments.
On the one hand, individuals believe that the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) professionals should be forced to pay their duties in the same country they got their degrees from. Working in the same country should be an option not compulsion. It will be beneficial for the state if they start their businesses over here. For example, an individual gets an engineering degree from the US and gets opportunity to do hose job in the same country, it will be the state's benefit owing that govt would not have to look for an outsider to hire for this job.
On the other hand, there is a general populace arguing that they should be free to work anywhere in the world. In my opinion, i believe that this is more reasonable statement because this will make professionals to feel more comfortable to choose their working country. For example, if a doctor feels easy to work in a British hospital he will not have comfortable workspace in anywhere else. He will lose confidence and would not be able to fulfil his job requirements.
To sum-up, I would suggest not to have any enforcement on the professionals regarding their working country.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views and state a clear preference for allowing professionals to choose where they work, especially in the introduction and conclusion. The example of a doctor choosing a British hospital is relevant, and you also explain how retaining a trained engineer could benefit the country. However, the discussion is only partly developed: the first view is presented mainly as a benefit to the state, without explaining why professionals might be expected to repay the country for their training. The second example relies on an unclear claim that a doctor would not feel comfortable elsewhere. Develop each side with a more convincing reason and explain how it supports your position. Your opinion is clear, but its justification needs greater depth.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. Phrases such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “To sum-up” help signal the stages of the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes weak. The sentence “There are many factors that support my opinion which I will elaborate later” announces development rather than advancing the argument, and the first body paragraph shifts from compulsory service to the benefits of starting a business without clearly connecting the ideas. Some linking is also mechanical or repetitive. Build each paragraph around one main claim, then explain and illustrate it, using references that make the relationship between sentences explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “professionals,” “degrees,” “compulsion,” and “job requirements,” and the meaning is generally understandable. There are also attempts at more formal phrasing, such as “owing that” and “fulfil,” though some choices are inaccurate or unnatural. Examples include “skilled” used without a noun, “hose job” where the intended phrase is unclear, “pay their duties,” and “comfortable workspace” for a broader idea about working conditions. Spelling and word-form slips such as “govt” and “trainings” also reduce precision. Aim for accurate, natural collocations rather than adding formal-sounding expressions; for instance, professionals can “serve in” a country or “work overseas.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a conditional example beginning “if a doctor feels…” and a relative clause in “the country where they want to start…”. However, errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences awkward or difficult to follow. In the opening, “ought to employed” is missing “be,” and “they should not be bounded to select” has an incorrect verb construction. Other examples include “an individual gets … and gets opportunity” and “a doctor … he will not have comfortable workspace,” where articles and sentence structure need attention. Capitalisation is inconsistent, as in “i” and “govt.” Practise accurate verb patterns, articles, and complete sentence construction, then proofread for these recurring issues.
