Student answer (Band 5.0)
Nowadays, some people believe that professionals, such as doctors and engineers, should required to work in the country where they did their tarining. However, the others people believe they should be free to work in another country if they wish.
The professionals, such as doctors and engineers complete their study and participate in different activities related his field.
On the other hand, government spends lot of money is on education and traning. For example, medical students study in government universities at a low cost. Therefore, they should sever their own country after gradution. This can also help improve the country health and education systems.
On the other hand, some people think that professionals should be free work abroad. There are several reason for this. Firstly, other countries may offer better salaries and working conditons. Secondly, people can get more experience and learn new skills by working in different countries. For example, many doctors and engineers move to developed countries to improve their careers and support their families.
In my opinion, professionals should have the right to choose their workplace. Nobody should be forced to work in a particular country. However, they should also remember their resposibilities towards the country where they received their education.
In conclusion, although professionals can help their own country by working there, i believe they should be free work in any country because everyone deserves better career opportunities and a good future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You discuss both positions and state a clear preference: professionals should be free to choose where they work, while remembering their responsibilities to the country that trained them. Relevant reasons include public investment in education, better salaries abroad, and opportunities to gain experience. However, these points are brief and need fuller explanation or more specific examples; for instance, you mention low-cost medical education but do not explain how a work requirement could fairly repay that investment. The response contains 202 words, so it is 48 words below the 250-word minimum; this limits the space available to develop the discussion. Expand each side with explanation and a relevant example, while keeping your opinion consistent throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an opening, discussion of the two views, your opinion, and a conclusion. Paragraphing helps distinguish the main points, and signposts such as “For example,” “Firstly,” and “In conclusion” guide the reader. However, progression is limited because several ideas are presented in short statements without showing how they connect or develop. “On the other hand” is used to introduce both the argument for serving the home country and the argument for working abroad, so the contrast marker becomes repetitive and sometimes confusing. Use clearer topic sentences and vary linking expressions; also connect each reason to its consequence before moving to the next point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “working conditions,” “experience,” “skills,” and “career opportunities.” The meaning is generally understandable, but the range is limited and some wording is repetitive, particularly repeated references to “professionals” and “country.” There are also noticeable spelling errors, such as “tarining,” “traning,” “gradution,” “conditons,” and “resposibilities,” which reduce accuracy. Some phrases are not natural or are imprecise, including “improve the country health and education systems.” Build a wider set of accurate collocations for education, public investment, and migration, and proofread spelling. More precise vocabulary would help express the arguments without relying on general statements.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a reason clause in “because everyone deserves better career opportunities” and a contrast introduced by “although.” However, the range remains limited, and errors occur frequently enough to affect fluency. Examples include “should required to work” instead of a passive form such as “should be required,” “free work abroad” instead of “free to work abroad,” and “There are several reason” instead of “There are several reasons.” The sentence “government spends lot of money is on education” also has faulty structure and article use. Practise accurate modal patterns, articles, agreement, and sentence construction, then check each sentence for a complete verb phrase. This will make your ideas easier to follow.
