Student answer (Band 5.0)
Educated peoples are the asset of the country. Their services are mean alot to the country. Government should care of such talent and retain with the country by providing opportunites. Government should give him a good atmosphare so they can serve it properly .
All the professionals like doctors engineers and charted accountant are the back bone of the country's economy. They bring capital to the country. If any country has smart educated brain the world looks on them and ready to invest on them. Now it all depend on country either they welcomed the investors or ignor them. This One step will decide whether it rises or fall down. The prior steps that goveernment should tak before the investment opportunites are law and order situation and taxes , duties rates. All the investors after beliving on the talent make sure these things. When they find them attractive they provide funds. These funds then used in different sectors that creat opportunites . These opportunies avail by professionals and serve the country. Strong education system produce talented professions.
Furthermore, all the professionlas have right to work any where in the world. As we see mostly Asian profession move to the develop countries for better opportunities. They welcome the hard workers and skilled person and also give importance to them. After seening their importance they prefer to move their for jobs. Their home country is weak in economy and unable to provide those opportunites. As asian universities offer petrolium engineering but does not have oil reserves so such professionals have to leave their country.
Overall, education hould be promoted by a country either they have reserve or not because these educated people serve in both ways either they work in their home country or abroad.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both views: the first paragraph argues that countries should retain trained professionals, while the later paragraph recognises their freedom to work abroad. Your own position appears to favour allowing professionals to work where opportunities exist, especially in the conclusion. However, the discussion only partially answers the specific question because much of the second paragraph focuses on attracting investors, taxes and law and order rather than explaining why professionals should be required to serve where they trained. The case for freedom is more relevant, but it is also under-developed. State your opinion clearly in the introduction and support each view with focused reasons and examples directly connected to the training-and-work issue.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a basic paragraph structure, and transitions such as “Furthermore” and “Overall” signal a move to another point and a conclusion. However, the overall progression is not consistently clear: the discussion of professionals shifts into investment conditions and then back to employment, so the central argument is difficult to follow. Some links are repetitive or unclear, including “These funds then used in different sectors” and “These opportunities avail by professionals.” The conclusion introduces a broad point about education rather than clearly resolving the two views. Organise the essay around one paragraph for each position, use topic sentences that directly answer the prompt, and make references between sentences explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “professionals,” “skilled person,” “economy,” “investors” and “opportunities,” and some phrases communicate relevant ideas. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning less clear, such as “services are mean alot,” “retain with the country,” and “the world looks on them.” Spelling errors are also frequent, including “opportunites,” “goveernment” and “petrolium,” which can distract the reader. Aim for accurate, natural combinations rather than adding ambitious terms: for example, describe professionals as “contributing to the national economy” and say that they “move abroad for better career prospects.” Proofread spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some simple sentences and attempt longer structures, for example, “When they find them attractive they provide funds.” However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often faulty or incomplete. Errors in agreement, verb forms, articles and sentence construction occur throughout: “Their services are mean alot,” “Government should care of such talent,” and “These funds then used” all require grammatical changes. The final sentence, “education hould be promoted by a country either they have reserve or not,” is difficult to interpret because its clauses are not joined accurately. Practise building clear subject–verb sentences first, then combine ideas with correctly formed subordinate clauses. Check articles, plural forms and verb agreement during revision.
