Student answer (Band 5.5)
There is a number of folks that has opinion in the favor of idea that professionals like doctors and engineers should practice their professional activies in the country where they got training while another category of people exists those who think that doctors and engineers should be allowed to work where-ever they want to work.
In this regard that these professionals should work in country where they got trained can be justified in manner that they should practice in same country because they should be serving the people of that nation. So they should work for the betterment of the residents of that specific coutry. When they have got the benefit of getting knowledge and training from that country then they should be working to contribute in the advancement of the country.
They should be working in to benefit government and also the residents of the country.
While on the another hand these professional should be free to work where-ever they want to work. Freedom is basic human right for all humankind. So the professionals like doctors and engineers should not be bound to specific country regarding their professional work practices.
They must have this opportunity of working in their desired country or place because they have given a long time in getting their professional degree and have right to work according to their choice for their personal growth. This work freedom can help them becoming financially indepedent and stable. There is an other reason supporting this opinion that I they fail to earn enough to maintain their lifestyle then moving to another country can result in their favor.
Overall both of the opinons are right according to certain conditions.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You discuss both positions: the first body paragraph argues that trained professionals should serve the country that educated them, while the next presents freedom of choice and personal growth. These are relevant reasons, but they remain general and are not supported with a specific example or much explanation. The final sentence, “both of the opinions are right according to certain conditions,” does not make your own position clear, even though the task asks you to give one. The response therefore addresses the main topic but only partially fulfils the task. To strengthen it, state which view you support in the introduction and conclusion, then develop each side with a concrete example and explain why your preferred position is more convincing.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a basic paragraph structure, with an opening, a paragraph for each view, and a concluding sentence. This helps the reader identify the two sides of the discussion. However, the overall progression is limited: the conclusion simply says both opinions are right, rather than drawing together the discussion or clarifying your stance. Some linking phrases are repetitive or awkward, such as “While on the another hand” and repeated use of “So.” The sentence “They should be working in to benefit government and also the residents” also makes the connection to the preceding point unclear. Use a smaller range of accurate transitions, make each paragraph develop one central point, and use the conclusion to answer the question directly.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “professional degree,” “personal growth,” “financially independent,” and “advancement of the country.” This gives you enough language to communicate the main ideas. However, the range is limited by repeated wording such as “work,” “country,” and “professionals,” and several choices or forms are inaccurate, including “professional activies,” “where-ever,” and “indepedent.” Some phrases are also unnatural, for example “work practices” and “moving to another country can result in their favor.” These errors do not prevent the reader from understanding the general argument, but they reduce precision. Build a wider set of natural collocations for migration, public service, and career choice, and check spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some longer sentences and use clauses to explain reasons, as in “When they have got the benefit of getting knowledge and training from that country then they should be working to contribute…” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make parts of the response difficult to read. For example, “There is a number of folks that has opinion” has problems with agreement and missing articles, while “There is an other reason … that I they fail” contains a broken clause. Other patterns, such as “should be working in to benefit,” are not grammatically complete. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles, and clause construction. Shorter, controlled sentences will help you express the ideas clearly before you attempt more complex forms.
