Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is often argue that skilled worker such as doctor and engineers should work in the same country where they received their education and traning. However others think that these professionals should have the freedom to choose any country where they want to work.
on the one hand several people believe that professional such as (Doctors or Engineers) should work in their own country after completing their studies. The main reason is that government spends large ammount of money on their education and training. Therefore they should serve there society. For example many countries provide scholarship and affordable education to medical and engineering students. If these doctors and engineers move abroad to their home countries may face a shortage of health care and countructring workers. Therefore local people face a shortage of doctors or engineers.
On the other hand, others believed that professionals should have the freedom to word on their on country or any country which they choose. This is why everyone has the right to make decisions about their career and future.Working abroad provides various types of facilities and provide better, modern facilites and opportunity to gain international experience.engineers who learn and work in developed countries may learn advance tecnology and improve their professional skills.
From my perspective professionals should have the freedom to work in their own country or any country where they want to learn because they work hard to achieve their qualification and deserve better career opportunities. However they should consider their responsibility to their own country and try to contribute its development in some way.
In conclusion professionals can play an vital role in the development of their own country.I believe that they should have the freedom to choose where they want to work.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You discuss both positions and make your own view clear: professionals should be free to choose where to work, while still considering their home country’s needs. The points about public investment in education and the benefits of gaining international experience are relevant. However, some ideas are less fully developed than others. For example, you mention that countries may face shortages if professionals leave, but the explanation is unclear in “move abroad to their home countries,” and the consequence is then repeated. Your argument for freedom is also stated mainly as a right to choose, with limited explanation of why this should outweigh the country’s investment. Develop each point with a clearer cause-and-effect explanation or a specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, your opinion, and a conclusion. The reader can follow the main progression, and signposts such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” help identify each stage. This meets the lower-band expectations and shows some features of stronger organisation. However, cohesion is occasionally mechanical, with “Therefore” repeated in the first body paragraph, and some links between ideas are unclear. For instance, the sentence about professionals moving abroad “to their home countries” disrupts the connection between the government’s investment and the resulting shortage. Use more precise referencing and vary transitions by showing the specific relationship between each claim and its explanation.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “scholarship,” “health care,” “international experience,” and “professional skills,” so the main ideas are generally understandable. There are also attempts at more specific expressions, such as “modern facilities” and “advanced technology.” However, the range and control are limited by repeated general words such as “work,” “country,” and “professionals,” as well as noticeable spelling and word-choice errors: “traning,” “ammount,” “facilites,” and “tecnology.” Some combinations are also unnatural, including “serve there society” and “make decisions about their career and future.” Build accuracy by checking spelling and learning common collocations for employment, public investment, and migration; this will make your argument more precise and fluent.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You use both simple sentences and some attempts at complex structures, including “because they work hard to achieve their qualification” and the conditional idea about what may happen if professionals leave. The overall meaning is usually recoverable, but some grammatical errors remain. For example, “It is often argue” needs a passive form (“argued”), and “everyone has the right” is followed by an awkwardly constructed sentence. There are also issues with articles, agreement, and sentence boundaries, as in “play an vital role” and the missing space after “traning.” Aim to produce a wider range of accurate sentence patterns, and proofread each sentence for verb form, singular/plural agreement, articles, and punctuation. Clearer control would make the complex ideas easier to follow.
