Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
The response recognises both choices: professionals may remain in their home country or move abroad, and it gives a broad personal view that the decision depends on individual circumstances. However, the discussion only minimally addresses the central issue of whether professionals should be required to stay where they trained. The points about finding work through relatives, helping neighbours, family expenses and personal goals are asserted rather than explained, and there is no relevant example or clear comparison of the two views. The final position—“Totally depend upon their own interest”—is difficult to interpret as a definite answer to the question of obligation. To strengthen the response, explain the benefits and drawbacks of each policy and state clearly which view you support and why.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is an attempt to organise the response into paragraphs, moving from an introduction to reasons for staying, reasons for going abroad and a conclusion. Basic links such as “But” and “So” also show an effort to connect ideas. However, the progression is difficult to follow because several points are repeated or placed together without clear relationships. For example, the paragraph about moving abroad shifts from goals to travel dangers and family expenses, while the conclusion repeats that the choice depends on personal interest without resolving the discussion. Some sentences are fragments, including “Totally depend upon their own interest,” and the final lines are repetitive. Use one focused paragraph for each view, with clear topic sentences and links that show cause, contrast and conclusion.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The response uses basic vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “professionals,” “degree,” “family,” “goals” and “responsible,” so the general subject can be recognised. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make the meaning unclear, such as “highly posted” for relatives with senior positions and “monthly expensive” for monthly expenses. Repetition of “own country,” “foreign” and “family” also limits precision. There are frequent spelling errors, including “populler,” “preofession,” “acchieve” and “critisizm,” which can strain the reader’s understanding. Build a more accurate set of topic phrases, such as “retain skilled workers,” “career opportunities abroad” and “professional training,” and check spelling and word forms carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The response attempts to express reasons and contrast, including a conditional idea in “if they want to go outside from country,” but sentence structures are very limited and errors are frequent enough to make some meanings difficult to follow. Examples include “The Doctors and engineering is,” “Any professionals while they trainings,” and “they can helped,” which show problems with agreement, verb forms and sentence construction. Articles and prepositions are also often missing or incorrectly used, as in “after the completion their degree” and “go to foreign.” Punctuation and capitalisation are inconsistent, with several sentences joined together. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them using clauses such as “because” and “although”; check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
