Student answer (Band 6.0)

Few individual's thinks that occupationists, such as doctors and engineers, should only work in the country where they get trained themselves. other think that they can work independentaly anywhere in the world. In this essay, i will discuss the both view and then will give my opinion in this regard.

On one hand, people make issues with doctors and engineers working in different countries of world. Because change of language can be a barrier for both public and professionals. For example; If someone came from china to serve in Pakistan they will face many challenges in term of language, doctor can't describe medical issue and medicines to patient properly and it may leads to inappropriate or even harmful treatement which may cause several other health issue. Same for engineer if they do not know the language they can't get proper commands and even can't trained juniors, which may leads to failure of plan

On the other hand, Many individual's think opposite of this. They beleive that working all over the world can be helpful for professionals, it will expand their exposure and effective in their personal and professional growth. Working in different regions can also be benefited to the public, because when a doctor travels to some other region and they will learn about the medical issues of that country and maybe can invent a better treatement which may not be invented by the doctor of that country. Engineers can also start partcipate in developement of the country in which they are woking, moreover if engineers is from developed country his knowledge and observation and can helps the country for developement.

Some people think professional should restrict to their school country some beleive they are free to work anywhere, but in my opinion, Professionals should be free to work anywhere in the world because it will enhance their learning and they can come up with better solution and invention which will definetly will benefit the whole world afterall. prodessionals should try learn language of country where they going to work for better living experience in that country.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5

You address both views and give a clear opinion: the two main body paragraphs present concerns about professionals working abroad and the benefits of international mobility, while the conclusion supports freedom to work anywhere. The language barrier example is relevant and explains a possible risk to patients, and you also connect international experience with professional development. This meets the task well, though the two sides are not developed equally in depth. The argument about engineers is less specific, and claims such as a visiting doctor inventing a treatment are not explained or supported. To strengthen the response further, develop each main point with a more precise example and explain how it supports your position.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The essay has a clear overall structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a concluding opinion. Signposts such as “On one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “but in my opinion” help readers follow the discussion. This gives the response a coherent progression. However, some links are mechanical, and a few sentences contain several ideas joined together, making the relationships less clear—for example, the sentence beginning “Engineers can also start participate” moves from participation to development without a clear explanation. Referencing is occasionally awkward, as in “they will learn” after “a doctor travels.” Use clearer sentence boundaries and more precise links between examples and claims to make cohesion more natural.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “language barrier,” “professional growth,” “medical issues,” and “developed country,” so the main ideas are generally understandable. There are also attempts to use less common terms, such as “exposure” and “inappropriate.” However, spelling and word-choice errors are frequent and sometimes make the reader pause: “independentaly,” “beleive,” “treatement,” and “woking” are examples. Several expressions are also unnatural or imprecise, including “make issues with” and “school country.” Aim to learn accurate collocations and check spelling carefully; choosing familiar, precise wording is more effective than using a word that does not fit the context.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including conditional structures such as “If someone came from China…” and clauses explaining consequences. This shows some range, but control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles, and verb forms often affect readability. For example, “it may leads” should use a base-form verb after “may,” while “if engineers is” has a subject–verb agreement error. The opening also has an incomplete sentence beginning “Because change of language…,” and several long sentences need clearer punctuation. Practise building accurate complex sentences, then check each sentence for a clear subject and verb, correct agreement, and appropriate punctuation.
