Student answer (Band 6.0)

There is a debating conflict wheather individuals should continue their professional careers in the same country where they study and do training or they should be given permission to explore for further opportunities in varios countries. Some people argue when someone is in his learning phase and doing some training, governments spent budgets on youth and they expect when they are trained, they will serve country. Conversely, others believe that for better career growth and for further opportunities, professionals should be free to make right choice for themselves. I believe that every citizen has right for the proper growth of his career, even he if he wants to move to some another country, he should not be prohibited.

On the one hand, governments spend a huge budget annually on the educational departments just for the sake of higher quality education because they believe if youth is trained in well-organized institutions, it will be advantageous for the economical growth of the country in the coming years. If we prohibit the shifting of the citizens, then there are better chances that all talented and skillfull workers will be in one place and they will work for the betterment of the country. So restricting the exit of professionals to some another country will be beneficial for growth of the country.

On the other hand, people argue that all talented and skillfull professionals work hard when they were in their training or learning phase. If at some point in their life, they struggle about the best opportunities in their country, they should be free without any restriction to serach for better available options. In many countries, there are best opportunities and career options are available that will be helpful for these skillful individuals. Futhermore, some professionals don't expect career growth in their fields, and they feel the are not earning what they deserve and demand. So varios countries provide better salary and incentive options based on the profile and experience of canditate. So for better career growth, people usually move to foriegn countries.

In concluion, although governments and organizations spend their budgets on education of it reseidents, but professional must be allow to choose and made his professional decions without and restrictions.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You discuss both positions and state your view clearly: professionals should be free to move for career growth. The first body paragraph explains the argument for retaining trained workers, while the second gives reasons for allowing migration, including better opportunities and pay. This addresses the task, but the two sides are not developed equally. The case for requiring professionals to stay relies mainly on public investment and the general benefit of keeping talent; it would be stronger with a specific example or a fuller explanation of how this benefits the country. Your own position is clear, but its justification could be developed further, for example by addressing how governments might balance freedom of choice with the cost of training.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for each view, and a conclusion. The progression from the government’s investment argument to professionals’ career interests is easy to follow, and signposts such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion” help orient the reader. This already shows sound organisation, but some links are mechanical or unclear. For example, “So restricting the exit…” repeats the preceding point rather than extending it, and the final sentence’s “although…but” construction makes the relationship between the ideas difficult to follow. Improve cohesion by using references that clearly connect claims and by making each paragraph’s final sentence lead naturally to the next idea.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use a range of vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “professional careers,” “career growth,” “talented,” and “salary and incentive options.” These choices make the main ideas understandable, and you attempt some less common expressions. However, inaccurate word choice, collocation, and spelling are noticeable and sometimes make the writing less natural. Examples include “debating conflict,” “explore for further opportunities,” “economical growth,” and “serach”; “skillfull,” “varios,” and “foriegn” are also misspelled. Some phrases, such as “better available options,” are vague. Aim to learn common word partnerships and check spelling carefully; more precise expressions such as “economic growth” and “seek better opportunities” would make your argument clearer and more fluent.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

You attempt both simple and complex sentence forms, including conditional clauses such as “If at some point in their life…” and a contrast structure in the conclusion. The overall meaning is generally recoverable, but some grammatical errors affect clarity and control. For example, “governments spent budgets” uses an unsuitable tense, “when they were in their training” shifts tense inconsistently, and “professional must be allow” has errors in agreement and verb form. The sentence “although governments… but professional…” also combines incompatible linking structures. Work on consistent tense, subject–verb agreement, articles, and verb forms, and check that each sentence has a complete, correctly formed clause. This will help you express your ideas with greater accuracy.
