The graph below gives information about the number of jobs in four sectors of the economy in the US between 1960 and 2020.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The line graph demonstrate information about the number of jobs in different sector like Manufacturing, Retail, Agriculture and Healthcare between the period 1960 and 2020 in United states.

Overall, over the period retail and agriculture showed a increased in jobs compared to manufacturing that showed a fluctuation. However Healthcare sector showed a decline in jobs.

On the one hand, Retail and agriculture showed a sought in jobs over 40 years staring from less than 10 millions to eventually generating same number of jobs by 2020. After the year 2000, both the sector surpass the Manufacturing in terms of jobs.

On the other hand, manufacturing fluctuated between 10 to 15 millions over the period. However, It showed an increased in jobs from 15 to 20 million during first 20 years but that eventually dropped closed to 12.5 millions by 2020. healthcare sector showed a constant declined in jobs, from closed to 5million to
