Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response provides a basic summary of the graph, mentioning different sectors and trends. However, it lacks clarity and depth in analysis, with vague statements like 'all types of jobs are increasing' and 'almost in every types of job are constant.' It fails to offer precise numerical data and clear comparisons, particularly in describing trends within each sector over time. More specific and comparative details about job numbers would enhance the response significantly. Therefore, it demonstrates a limited achievement of the task requirements.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The coherence and cohesion of the response are weak, as the sentences do not flow logically, leading to confusion. For instance, the phrase 'in every year and at last year there are...' is unclear and lacks proper transition. The use of conjunctions or linking words to connect ideas could improve the flow significantly. Sentences are sometimes fragmented, making it difficult for the reader to follow the argument. A clear structure with distinct paragraphs would further enhance coherence.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The lexical resource is somewhat limited, with several repetitive words and basic vocabulary such as 'jobs,' 'different,' and 'lots.' There are vague expressions such as 'types of jobs are at same number of jobs' that do not effectively convey meaning. The use of more varied and precise terminology related to the job sectors could demonstrate a stronger lexical range. Overall, the response demonstrates a basic usage of vocabulary, but richer vocabulary choices would improve clarity and sophistication.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0

Grammatical range and accuracy exhibit several issues. There are awkward constructions, such as 'there are different sectors of jobs are there,' and errors in verb tense and subject-verb agreement, such as 'all types of jobs are increasing in every year.' Additionally, the misuse of 'nd' instead of 'and' indicates a lack of attention to detail. While some sentences are grammatically correct, frequent errors disrupt comprehension, pointing to a need for greater grammatical accuracy and variety in sentence structure.

Overall feedback

Your response touches on several key points about the job sectors indicated in the graph, yet it falls short in clarity and depth of analysis. To improve, focus on providing specific data from the graph, such as exact job numbers and trends over the years. Organize your response into clear paragraphs, each addressing different aspects of the data, and use linking words to enhance the flow of your writing. Additionally, strengthen your vocabulary choices by employing more descriptive language specific to the job sectors discussed. Paying attention to grammar will also enhance the clarity of your writing. Consider practicing with more complex sentence structures to improve your range and accuracy.
