Well in the last two decades the most suitable problem for providing homes in big cities is to build large apartments block or flats for small families.

As more and more people are migrating to big cities for a better life. The overpopulation and housing issuw can be solved by providing a home but it is not possible for all the people to buy a land a build a house for this real estate sector has introduced the concept of apartments and flats. On a single piece of land a tall building is constructed, and each floor has one or more apartment depending upon the real state investor and construction design.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address the topic by supporting apartment construction and give relevant points about land use, affordability, and shared facilities. However, the response only partly answers the question of whether tall apartment blocks are the best way to provide enough homes: it does not compare this approach with alternatives or explain its limits in meeting city-wide housing needs. Your position is suggested by phrases such as “apartments are the best way,” but it is not consistently developed, and several points—such as neighbourly disputes and friendships—are not clearly connected to providing enough homes. To strengthen the response, state your degree of agreement directly and develop two or three reasons with specific examples or explanation.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a basic paragraph structure, moving from the housing issue to advantages and disadvantages, then to a conclusion. Some links help the reader follow the discussion, including “As more and more people” and “In conclusion.” However, progression within paragraphs is uneven: the discussion shifts from buying homes to renting, then to neighbour relationships without clearly showing how each point supports the main argument. The opening sentence is also difficult to connect to the next paragraph, which begins as a fragment. Repeated use of “But” creates a list-like effect rather than a developed line of reasoning. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each supporting point explicitly to your position.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant housing vocabulary, including “overpopulation,” “real estate sector,” “installments,” and “basic facilities.” This gives you enough language to communicate the general topic. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors make parts less clear, such as “suitable problem,” “housing issuw,” “real state investor,” and “along term solution.” Repetition of “apartments,” “big cities,” and “basic facilities” also limits precision. Aim to use accurate topic-specific phrases and check spelling and collocations carefully. For example, describe the issue as “housing shortages” and refer to “property developers” rather than “real state investor.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt some longer sentence forms, for example, “On a single piece of land a tall building is constructed, and each floor has one or more apartment,” and you use basic linking clauses to explain causes and effects. However, sentence structures are limited, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. “As more and more people are migrating…” is a fragment, while “for this real estate sector has introduced…” lacks clear sentence boundaries. There are also recurring problems with articles, agreement, plurals, and verb forms, as in “a home,” “one or more apartment,” and “they also causes.” Practise complete sentences and check subject–verb agreement and punctuation when joining clauses.
