It is often argued that, the best way tall appartment blocks to provide enough houses in big cities. i strongly agree with this viewpoint, beacuse this is less cost effective, or land saving strategy and atractive structure.

To begin with, one of the main reason why i am agree with this statement is cost saving.Tall apartment blocks made up with low cost. The reason no need of extra land and extra raw metrial , thats why these buildings are less cost effectiv . Prime example of this is dubia where the goverment of dubia provide enough homes in the shape of tall apartment blocks . Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

Your position is clear: you strongly agree that tall apartment blocks can help provide homes in large cities. You give two relevant reasons—saving construction costs and using less land—and include examples involving Dubai and China. However, the support is often asserted rather than explained. For instance, the Dubai example focuses on the Burj Khalifa’s height and fame, but does not show how it provides enough homes or why this is the best approach. The China example also needs more specific evidence, and the claim that tall buildings are low-cost is not substantiated. Develop each reason with a clear explanation and a more directly relevant example to address the question more fully.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting separate reasons, and a conclusion that restates your position. Transitions such as “To begin with,” “Furthermore,” and “in conclusion” help signal this organisation. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow because several claims are placed together without clear links. In the first body paragraph, the discussion moves from construction costs to the Burj Khalifa’s height, then to tourism, without showing how each point supports the main argument. Some references, such as “these buildings” and “their country,” are also unclear. Organise each paragraph around one reason and connect the example explicitly to it.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “agricultural area,” “significant amount,” “economical benefit,” and “communities,” so the main ideas can generally be understood. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make the writing less clear, such as “appartment,” “raw metrial,” “poppultion,” and “sufficant amout.” Some combinations are also unnatural: “less cost effective” suggests lower value rather than lower cost, and “provide enough homes in the shape of” is awkward. Choose precise collocations and check spelling carefully. For example, use “cost-effective construction” and “high-rise apartment buildings” to express your ideas more naturally.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including explanations introduced by “The reason” and clauses beginning with “where” and “that’s why.” However, sentence structures are often faulty, and errors frequently make the reader work to understand the meaning. Examples include “one of the main reason,” “i am agree,” and “This building provide,” which show problems with agreement and verb forms. Several sentences are incomplete or joined incorrectly, such as “The reason no need of extra land and extra raw metrial.” Capitalisation and punctuation are also inconsistent, particularly at sentence beginnings. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries.
