Unanimously, in this period of globalization many people believe that tall apartment is effective and best way to provide enough homes. This has been the prominent topic of discussion amongst people. Well , in my opinion I strongly agree with this notion, and supporting towards my viewpoint will be discussed in the further paragraphs with a suitable conclusion.
Firstly, supporting my agreement with the given statement, I firmly have a belief that constructed long buildings is very effective for public because it can not cover enormous space of land and also provide various opportunity to leave with families. To cite an example, tall buildings are impactful because it provide beneficial to leave many families in single structure without occupying vast amount land. Additionally, government can use the nearby land for public facility or to create green land or agriculture place. For example, built parking area for near by people to park cars or green park for walking with ins and out which I also concur.
On the other hand there is no paradox that, tall buildings also creates a problems if they are not well constructed and not well maintained in another words spic and span. To exemplify, materials used like cement, rocks are backbone of building which make it strong so, it is essential to use good quality product. However, there are more benefits of having tall buildings in cities because they provide better facilities and make it convenient. The perfect example to illustrate is, provide facilities such as- health care, transportation, education which make it more productive and time saving.
In conclusion, highlighting that the aforementioned pointers heavily support my sense of belief regarding constructed of tall buildings in cities are beneficial so in my opinion, I agree with this statement and should focus on this very carefully and I believe that it can be improve with the joints efforts of public and government.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of tall apartment blocks. The ideas are relevant, focusing on land efficiency and the integration of public facilities. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat repetitive and lacks depth. For instance, the argument regarding 'green land' is mentioned but not fully explored in terms of urban planning benefits. The conclusion is a bit generic and does not synthesize the arguments effectively. To improve, ensure that each body paragraph introduces a distinct, well-supported point rather than restating the same benefits in different ways.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear attempt to use cohesive devices such as 'Firstly', 'Additionally', and 'On the other hand'. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly unnatural, such as 'Unanimously, in this period of globalization'. Referencing is occasionally unclear, and the flow between sentences can be disjointed. The transition between the benefits of tall buildings and the counter-argument about maintenance is abrupt. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring smoother transitions between ideas would enhance the overall coherence.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward phrasing or incorrect word choices, such as 'constructed long buildings', 'leave with families' (likely meaning 'live'), and 'spic and span'. The repetition of basic terms like 'tall buildings' and 'provide' limits the lexical variety. To achieve a higher score, focus on using more sophisticated collocations and topic-specific vocabulary related to urban development, such as 'high-density housing', 'urban sprawl', or 'infrastructure'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('tall buildings also creates a problems'), article usage, and awkward sentence construction ('supporting towards my viewpoint will be discussed'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these errors prevents the writing from reaching a higher band. Focusing on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy and sentence structure would be highly beneficial.
