It is extensively acknowledged that, in urban areas the most convinient method of providing shelter to individuals is giving flats instead of, seperate house to per family. I totally agree with proposed notion and for my inclination the reasons are glanced in ensuing paragraph.

To commence, with it seems that flats or apartments blocks are so good as compare to enormous houses. To explicate, the flats are easy to clean due to small area however, sometimes few people face some cahllenges like whole family does not able to live properly and private space also not provided but it has significant positive points inliving apartments For instance, a survey was conducted by EHO Employed Houses Organisatoin in 2025 in considered from 2020 to 2025 20% of demographics prefer to live in flats or in apartments in cities. Hence, the demand of flats are increasing day by day

To elaborate, every people have a dream to buy a own house but not everyone fullfil their dream by the purchaising apartments they can achieve their dream due to falts are cheaper as compare to houses and the other merit of flats is in low areas significant number of masses live properly with out facin any challenge and get the space to grow more plants around society. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of tall apartment blocks. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention that apartments are easier to clean and more affordable, the arguments are somewhat repetitive and lack depth. For instance, the point about 'greenery' is introduced abruptly in the conclusion without prior development in the body paragraphs. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, well-supported argument with specific examples that directly relate to the benefits of high-density living in large cities, rather than just general statements about home ownership.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as 'Agglomerating the aforementioned points' or 'To commence, with it seems'. Some sentences lack logical flow, making it difficult to track the progression of your argument. Referencing is occasionally unclear, particularly when you switch between discussing the benefits of apartments and the challenges of living in them. Using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in contrast') more naturally would improve the overall flow.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. There are several spelling errors (e.g., 'convinient', 'seperate', 'cahllenges', 'purchaising', 'greenary') and some awkward collocations, such as 'enormous houses' or 'low areas'. You rely on basic vocabulary to express your ideas. To achieve a higher score, try to incorporate more sophisticated, topic-specific vocabulary related to urban planning and housing, and focus on improving your spelling accuracy to ensure your meaning is always clear.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede readability. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'the demand of flats are increasing'), incorrect article usage, and awkward phrasing (e.g., 'every people can buy flats those who not able to purchase'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with commas. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors like pluralization and verb tense consistency. Increasing the number of error-free sentences will significantly boost your score.
