Home is a safe place where every person live with freedom. Every person want to build their own house but some are not build own houses due to financial problems. In large cities, the best way to provide enough homes for residents is to build tall apartments blocks. This essay will discuss the agree and disagree of the above statement.
To begin, Home is necessity of humans. Everybody needs their own home for the best survival of life. In the world, there are three class of family exist i.e, upper class, middle class and lower class. All upper class families have their own homes but lower class families don't afford their own houses due to financial crises. Mostly, middle and lower class families buy the homes on rent. There are many apartment blocks in cities. In every apartment block, there are 2 to 4 floors where, on each floor 4 to 5 rooms exist. These apartment blocks are the blest place for those people who want to buy houses on rent. It is the best way to provide enough homes to citizens by build these apartment blocks. It is great benifit for those citizens who spent their life in finacial crises because rent on these apartments is managable.
Sometimes, people face difficulties like privacy disturbance, bill payments and shortage of electric and water supply. But, people compromise with these problems because they have not capability to buy their own home. Regardless of these problems, these apartments provide great benefit of home like safe place.
Overall, i will agree with this statement to provide many homes by build large apartment blocks in large cities. Because home is the first priority and need of all individuals to make their life easy and safe

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the benefits of tall apartment blocks, but the development is limited. While you state your position clearly in the introduction and conclusion, the supporting arguments are somewhat repetitive and lack depth. For instance, you mention financial crises and rent multiple times without exploring other aspects of urban planning, such as land scarcity or infrastructure. To improve, aim to provide more specific examples or counter-arguments beyond just financial affordability. The essay covers the main topic, but the ideas are not fully extended, which limits the score.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is quite basic and sometimes mechanical. Phrases like 'To begin' and 'Overall' are used, but the transition between sentences within paragraphs is often abrupt. There is a lack of variety in linking words, and some sentences feel disconnected from the previous ones. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider range of cohesive devices (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'in contrast') to create a smoother flow between your ideas.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely on simple, repetitive words like 'home', 'house', and 'best'. There are also some inaccuracies in word choice, such as 'blest place' (likely meant 'best') and 'finacial crises' (spelling error). The language is functional but does not demonstrate an ability to use less common or more sophisticated lexical items. To improve, try to incorporate topic-specific vocabulary related to urban development, such as 'high-density housing', 'urban sprawl', or 'affordable accommodation'.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'every person live', 'every person want'), article usage, and sentence fragments. For example, 'All upper class families have their own homes but lower class families don't afford their own houses' lacks necessary articles and precise verb usage. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar prevents a higher score. Focus on proofreading for subject-verb agreement and consistent verb tense usage.
