In the modern era, many people are suffering from their homelessness issue nowadays. Building a tall department in largest urban areas is significantly positive impact on society. From my perspective it is significantly good service for those who are suffering from their personal space. In the following paragraphs I shall examine both views, including my own opinion.

On the other hand, the major advantages of constructing a small house in a bigger cityside is really beneficial for those who can afford household rent and buying a new house. Whereas, the numerous positive aspects of building more little houses, many people can live there and interact with other neighborhoods easily. In large areas considerably build numerous small houses and people can settle there and continue their household chores easily. For instance, biggest buildings can also be constructed into flats, because if any unexpected and unpredictable situation happens anytime, people can easily go to neighbors and resolve the issue together.

On the other hand, some disadvantages of tall buildings such as traffic noise issue, renting a flat which some people can't afford such cost, especially in buying own house or renting a house. However, significantly major issue was privacy concern. Many people's privacy and personal matter get disturbed. If any disaster happened in tall building, people can't easily move or shift from another place; they required some time. To illustrate another drawback of constructing tall buildings, studies schedule will also affect because many youngsters spend their spare time playing games in such flats.

To sum up, constructing small houses in larger urbanization significantly effectively for those who are homeless and they can't afford them. I firmly believe that many unexpected situations happen in our daily lives, but privacy issue is really crucial for human beings.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt but struggles with clarity and logical development. While you attempt to discuss both sides, the arguments are often contradictory or confusing. For instance, you start by supporting tall buildings but then shift to discussing 'small houses' in the body paragraphs, which creates confusion regarding your actual position. The ideas are under-developed; for example, the point about 'studies schedule' being affected by tall buildings is unclear and lacks a logical connection to the topic. To improve, ensure your position is clearly stated in the introduction and consistently supported throughout the essay with relevant, well-explained arguments.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the logical progression is weak. The use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as using 'On the other hand' to start both the second and third paragraphs, which is inappropriate since they do not necessarily present opposing views in a balanced way. Referencing is sometimes unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow your train of thought. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'in contrast') and ensure that each paragraph has a clear, singular focus that relates directly to your main argument.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

Your vocabulary is limited and often repetitive. There are several instances of awkward word choices and incorrect collocations, such as 'homelessness issue', 'tall department', and 'cityside'. These errors occasionally impede the flow of your writing. You rely on basic vocabulary and struggle to express more complex ideas precisely. To reach a higher band, try to incorporate more topic-specific vocabulary related to urban planning and housing, and focus on using words in their correct context. Expanding your range of synonyms will also help you avoid repeating the same phrases throughout the text.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that affect readability. There are issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'many people is suffering'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or lack proper grammatical control, such as 'Building a tall department in largest urban areas is significantly positive impact on society.' While you attempt some complex structures, they are often faulty. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, ensuring that every sentence has a clear subject and verb, and proofreading for common errors like pluralization and preposition usage.
