Student answer (Band 4.5)

The better facilitated advise about homes whether, tall apartments. To overcome this situation, ' I should giving output about this context below".

The first reason to told around admiring the world, is that the overall ratio of the amount of people prefers to having their personal property in case of future needs. For example, if a person had some badly issue with their living neighbourhood and something will happened in the past about their property so he have proof of having papers with the land at his own name whether having only building as a proof. For instance, it will be a very good source infuture to having a property that you own yourself only in case of any problem.

Secondly, in case of building your property in someones appartment and prfering it to be a good source of living standards in future will cause disturbance for you. For example, if you're living in someone's building and the person who own's it cause any issue about anything or having more profit with selling this property with random and the new person who is going to own it prefer to be a mall there and giving you your living standard expenses which you have already spended that will be a major problem.

In my opinion, I woud say that prefering home over apartments will be a intelligent source of thinking about yourself because you own it and have ability to sell at your own.

Conclusively, all the problem that are discuss and discribed briefly would be having home over apartments. Therefore, apartments will cause bad impact on your future in case of your own property.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0

The response struggles to address the prompt effectively. While you take a position against tall apartment blocks, the arguments are underdeveloped and often unclear. The prompt asks about the best way to provide enough homes in large cities, but your response focuses on personal property ownership rather than urban planning or housing density. The ideas lack logical development and relevant examples, making it difficult for the reader to follow your reasoning. To improve, ensure you directly answer the prompt's specific question and provide clear, relevant arguments that support your stance on urban housing solutions.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.5

The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the progression of ideas is disjointed. The use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as the repetitive use of 'For example' and 'For instance' without clear logical links between sentences. The introductory and concluding paragraphs are particularly weak, failing to clearly state or summarize the position. Referencing is often unclear, making it difficult to identify what specific nouns are being referred to. Improving the use of transition words and ensuring each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would significantly enhance the flow.

Lexical Resource — Band 4.5

The vocabulary range is limited and often inappropriate for an academic essay. There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'badly issue', 'living neighbourhood', and 'intelligent source of thinking'. These errors occasionally impede communication, as the intended meaning is obscured by non-standard phrasing. You rely on basic vocabulary and struggle to express complex ideas accurately. To reach a higher band, focus on learning collocations and using more precise academic terminology rather than attempting to translate thoughts directly from your native language.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0

The response contains frequent grammatical errors that often distort meaning. There are significant issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'the person who own's it'), tense usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, lacking the necessary complexity for higher bands. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with unnecessary quotation marks and incorrect comma usage. The majority of your sentences contain errors, which makes the text difficult to read. You should focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically subject-verb agreement and consistent verb tense, before attempting more complex structures.
