In recent years, large cisites has developed the high rise building as a solution of number of people are coming to the urban areas, while less poperties avaialble in the main cities and the market value of properties increased significantly cause to bulid tall appartments. I strongly agrre with this initiative and examine the key reasons supporting this view.
To begin with, one of the primary reasons is that mass migrations into the cities areas. Most people are coming to cities to experienceing the better job, infrastructure, healthcare and education. Therefore, finding the place to live is realy hard, and rent prices are sored substantialy. As a result, many urban counciles have build up the tall apartment buildings, providing affordable rent prices to everyone. For example, Melbourne city is one of the most dense city ,which has been developing massive buildings for fulfilling the living requirment for the people who live and work there. Therefore, it is essential to have high-rise building to mitiage the housing issues.
Furthermore, another significant aspect to consider is decreased the over vlaued property prices, which included land price and rent price. When many people go behind a few propery in the market, it increase the value unnecessaraly, which will benefit for a fewer individuals than the majority of the people, Therefore, the best solution is to relase the propery market prices is developing high rise development. If housing supplis are increase substantialy the rent price will go down and people will benefit out of it.
This essay has argued that high rise buiding is one of the key initiations to mitigate the demand of houssing requirment and facilitate the people to live and work in cities, and it will increase the economic activities and benefitical for whole the citisen in the countries.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The essay addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout. The arguments regarding urban migration and property market stabilization are relevant and logically linked to the topic of high-rise buildings. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat repetitive, and the supporting examples, such as the mention of Melbourne, are brief and lack depth. To reach a higher band, you should provide more detailed explanations or specific evidence to support your claims, ensuring that each paragraph adds a new dimension to your argument rather than restating the same point in different words.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear central topic. Cohesive devices such as 'To begin with', 'Furthermore', and 'Therefore' are used to guide the reader. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or slightly repetitive. Additionally, there are instances where the flow is interrupted by awkward phrasing or grammatical errors, such as in the final sentence of the second paragraph. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring smoother transitions between sentences would enhance the overall coherence of the response.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the message to be conveyed clearly. However, there are frequent spelling errors (e.g., 'cisites', 'poperties', 'avaialble', 'agrre', 'mitiage', 'citisen') and some awkward collocations (e.g., 'go behind a few propery'). While you attempt to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'urban councils' and 'economic activities', the range is limited, and the recurring spelling mistakes suggest a lack of precision. Focusing on accurate spelling and learning common collocations related to urban planning would significantly improve your score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('large cisites has developed'), incorrect verb forms ('experienceing', 'have build up'), and missing articles or prepositions. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to be distracting. To improve, you should focus on mastering basic sentence construction, particularly tense consistency and pluralization, before attempting more complex structures. Proofreading for common errors like subject-verb agreement would also be highly beneficial.
