In my opinion , I do agree it to a larger extent. Although there is some negative points to be noticed but advantages outweigh the negative points.
The essay will anticipate the ideas and facts regarding the agreement on the tall building blocks. Firstly, population is increasing in the urban areas leaving no space for the accommodation for the people to live peacefully . Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout. The ideas are relevant, such as the efficiency of land use and the potential for community development. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, the argument regarding social interaction in apartments is mentioned but not fully explored. The counter-argument regarding the lack of personal space is also brief. To reach a higher band, you should provide more detailed explanations or specific, nuanced examples to support your claims. The position is consistent, but the depth of analysis needs to be increased to fully satisfy the requirements of a higher band score.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear central topic. You use some cohesive devices, such as 'Firstly', 'Moreover', and 'Conversely', to signal transitions between ideas. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or repetitive. Additionally, there are instances where the flow between sentences is slightly disjointed, such as the transition between the introduction and the first body paragraph. Referencing is generally clear, but the overall progression of ideas could be smoother. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one will help improve the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'accommodation', 'population growth', and 'crucial time'. However, there are several instances of awkward word choice and collocation errors, such as 'provide enough living facility' instead of 'provide sufficient housing' and 'outreach its advantages' instead of 'outweigh its advantages'. Some phrasing is also repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'apartment blocks'. To improve, focus on learning collocations—words that naturally go together—and try to incorporate more precise, academic vocabulary to express your ideas more effectively.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While you attempt to use complex sentences, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'people lives comfortable') and article usage (e.g., 'in the urban area'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with unnecessary spaces before commas and missing articles. While these errors do not typically impede communication, they are frequent enough to prevent a higher score. You should focus on proofreading for basic grammatical accuracy, specifically checking for pluralization, verb forms, and the correct use of articles in academic writing.
