It is believed by few individuals that individuals cannot afford houses in big cities because of the high rate of property. I completely agree with the proclamation, the supportive reasons of which shall be discussed in subsequent paragraphs.
To commence with, sharing the points to support given statement. Primarily, the big cities have large a high rate of property that and middle class people cannot afford it because the minimum wage of their salary is around 50,000 and they have family to feed to soo it is impossible for the house to build but can afford an apartment for their family to live. Furthermore, the apartments has enough safety then in the houses because if anyone illegally wants to enter the building they cannot enter because of the rules and the safety system. Hence, these points are enough to validate given belief.
Conversely, discussing the points to contradict given spread. Undoubtedly, every homo Sapiens wants their own house to be build but in the modern cities like Bombay and Delhi with 50,000 to 100,000 salary it is impossible to even buy a land their. Moreover, apartments have small space that 4 members cannot fit perfectly with 2 bedroom apartment and it will lead to discomfort into the family. Thus, these views oppose given nation.
To conclude, although rate of property, safety cannot be overloaded.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, which significantly impacts the development of ideas. While you state your position clearly, the arguments are under-developed and lack sufficient supporting evidence or examples. The discussion of the 'cons' is somewhat contradictory to your stated agreement with the prompt, and the conclusion is extremely brief and fails to summarize the main points effectively. To improve, ensure you provide a more thorough exploration of your arguments and adhere to the length requirements to allow for full development of your ideas.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the progression of ideas is often disjointed. The use of cohesive devices is mechanical and sometimes inappropriate, such as 'To commence with, sharing the points to support given statement.' Referencing is occasionally unclear, and the transition between the supporting arguments and the counter-arguments is abrupt. The conclusion is underdeveloped and does not effectively link back to the introduction or the body paragraphs. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would enhance the overall flow.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, often relying on basic phrasing. There are instances of awkward word choices and incorrect collocations, such as 'proclamation' instead of 'statement', 'rate of property' instead of 'property prices', and 'given nation' instead of 'given notion'. Some terms are used incorrectly, such as 'homo Sapiens' in a formal context. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use a wider range of vocabulary, including less common lexical items, and ensure they are used in the correct context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are issues with subject-verb agreement ('apartments has', 'apartments have small space that 4 members cannot fit'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are simple or contain errors in complex structures. For instance, 'it is impossible for the house to build' is grammatically incorrect. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and the correct use of articles and prepositions before attempting more complex grammatical structures.
