Student answer (Band 5.0)
As we know in modern cities a lot of populations, so every one want to build a dream house, where they can live, and gardening at a time. This is good for villages on less area population, but for large cities is not possible to build. house for single person because the shortest of land, because people want to build there business, like car showrooms, whole sale shops, and repair shopes in a large area, and also a petrol pumps.
However, it it better to build a tall buildings with many appartments, where people live together and talk with each other instead of using mobile phones.
In addition I agree this is a very best step for saving lands and budget for low level peoples, because a single house cost range between included buying land one hundred to one hundred fifty million. So not every one can afford this, and yes he can also a flat in building on easy installments or cash, and benefits in in modern apartments have security, parking, and maintenance facilities in one place.
And disagree reason is for many tall building in one area can create the heavy traffic and noise. For this because evry one have a oen personal car or bike so nature can aslo disturb for the poullated gases. is this case government can provide the facility of metro buses for transport.
While main reason is high building have not a facility of parks and different spport activities thast why mentality health is also disturbed for peoples, special for childens.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the advantages and disadvantages of tall apartment blocks. However, the position is not always clear, and the development of ideas is inconsistent. While you mention benefits like security and affordability, and drawbacks like traffic and lack of green space, the arguments are often under-developed or lack logical flow. For example, the transition between discussing the cost of houses and the benefits of apartments is abrupt. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, well-supported point that directly relates to the prompt's core question about whether this is the 'best' way to provide housing.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the logical progression is frequently interrupted by unclear referencing and awkward transitions. Phrases like 'And disagree reason is' and 'In this case' are used mechanically and do not effectively link ideas. The use of cohesive devices is limited and sometimes inaccurate, which makes the text difficult to follow at times. To improve, focus on using a wider range of linking words (e.g., 'furthermore', 'consequently', 'on the other hand') and ensure that each sentence clearly connects to the one preceding it to create a smoother flow of information.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive, with several instances of word-choice errors that impede clarity, such as 'shortest of land' instead of 'shortage of land' and 'nature can aslo disturb for the poullated gases'. There are also frequent spelling errors (e.g., 'appartments', 'spport', 'childens'). While you attempt to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'installments' and 'maintenance facilities', the overall range is insufficient for a higher band. Focus on learning collocations and practicing the correct spelling of common academic terms to improve your precision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay relies heavily on simple sentence structures, and there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('every one want'), incorrect article usage, and fragmented sentences ('is this case government can provide...'). Complex structures are attempted but are often faulty, such as 'While main reason is high building have not a facility...'. These errors are frequent and occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically subject-verb agreement and the correct use of prepositions, before attempting more complex grammatical structures.
