Student answer (Band 5.0)
Many today are increasingly of the opinion that build tall apartment in large cities for reduce homes is the best way . As far as i am concerned, I partially advocate this notion.
The strongest justification for my point of view is that in large cities we can save much more space. In other words, if people build tall building in large space, we can save extra space, beacuse in house they can make personal garden and parking so that they use unassery place. To provide a concrete illustration, we can see that most celebrity live in big cities and they build big houses with parking, gym, garden, and so on. Another factor to back up my claim is that employees can be live near work place. Because in present in large cities every building build in urban aera and office place in rural place so sometime if they reach office late ,they have to forget their salary. Additionally, if people build large building in large space, people can save their travel time. they can be reach on time at office.
Some people, on the other hand, dispute the mentioned support. the most important argument they make is that if in large cities build houses more than apartment ,aera can become very crowded. Because in small houses it is spread in large space and many houses same so they can be became crowd. Moreover, government can't make garden, park, and so on. so that many people cannot take happienss by visiting park.
In conclusion, I reaffirm my opinion that in large cities build more apartment blocks rather than houses. So that we can save money and time.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a position, but the development of ideas is inconsistent. While you mention space-saving and proximity to workplaces, the arguments are often unclear or illogical. For example, the claim that celebrities building big houses is a reason to support tall apartment blocks is confusing and lacks relevance. Furthermore, the argument regarding employees living near workplaces is difficult to follow due to grammatical errors and unclear logic. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, well-explained idea that directly supports your position. The conclusion is brief and does not fully synthesize the points made in the body paragraphs.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which is a positive step. However, the logical progression of ideas is frequently disrupted by awkward phrasing and a lack of clear cohesive devices. While you use transition words like 'In other words' and 'Additionally', they are sometimes used incorrectly or do not effectively link the ideas. The referencing is occasionally unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow your train of thought. To improve, focus on using cohesive devices more naturally and ensure that each sentence flows logically from the previous one.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is quite limited and repetitive, which restricts your ability to express complex ideas. You rely on basic terms like 'big', 'large', and 'make'. There are also several instances of incorrect word choice, such as 'unassery place' (likely meaning unnecessary space) and 'take happienss'. To reach a higher band, you should aim to use a wider range of vocabulary, including collocations and more precise academic terms. Focus on learning how to use words in their correct context rather than just using simple synonyms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement, sentence structure, and word order (e.g., 'employees can be live near work place' and 'in large cities build more apartment blocks'). The range of structures is limited, and complex sentences are often attempted but result in errors. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically the use of articles, prepositions, and verb tenses. Proofreading for common errors like missing 's' on plural nouns or incorrect verb forms will significantly improve your score.
