Student answer (Band 5.0)
In this modern era it is consider that the best way to give enough accomodation in large urban area is to construct tall apartment blocks.I partially agree and disagree with this statement
The primary reason for my opinon is thats would be a great benefial for environment ,wildlife, Moreover, its could be best for anti pollution. The main reason of increasing pollution is more population in urban areas and the rest of people who lived in rural areas, Now they are migrate to urban in fact they increase the pollution and population both by destroy the forest areas and make more building. if they have many accomodation in one building then its great for wildlife there is no need to cut the forest howerever there will be not negative impact on wildlife. For instance univertsity of east london do some research on this and they show a report ,that show most of the people are going to migrate to urban areas and have a mojor negative impact on wildlife moreover on the enviroment.
On the other hand if most people live in one building then they lose the health because there is insufficent sunlight and oxygen, In genral the average life range become more less ,In fact people will died at the age of 40 to 45 years. There would be a health risk and piont to be noteded there might be privacy issues with each others.
In conclusion, i partially agree or disagree with this statement, I agree because of there is less pollution ,less harmful for animals and best for urban areas on the other hand i disagree because of health risk and privacy issues.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by presenting a position on the construction of tall apartment blocks. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention environmental benefits and health risks, the arguments lack depth and logical support. For instance, the claim that people will die at the age of 40 to 45 due to lack of sunlight is an extreme over-generalisation that lacks credibility and evidence. The position is clear, but the supporting points are under-developed and rely on unsubstantiated assertions rather than well-reasoned arguments. To improve, focus on providing more realistic and logical justifications for your views.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the progression of ideas is often disjointed. While some cohesive devices like 'Moreover', 'For instance', and 'On the other hand' are used, they are sometimes applied mechanically or incorrectly. The transition between sentences is frequently abrupt, making the flow of the argument difficult to follow. Additionally, the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as the vague mention of a report from the 'univertsity of east london'. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear, singular focus would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The range of vocabulary is limited and often repetitive. There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'give enough accomodation' instead of 'provide sufficient housing' and 'average life range become more less'. Spelling errors are also prevalent, including 'accomodation', 'opinon', 'benefial', 'howerever', and 'noteded'. These errors occasionally impede the reader's understanding. To reach a higher band, you should focus on learning topic-specific vocabulary related to urban planning and environment, and pay closer attention to spelling and the correct usage of word forms.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay relies heavily on simple sentence structures, and attempts at complex sentences are frequently marred by grammatical errors. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement, such as 'it is consider' instead of 'it is considered', and 'people who lived' instead of 'people who live'. Punctuation is also problematic, with missing spaces after commas and periods, and incorrect comma usage throughout. The frequent errors in basic grammar, such as 'they will died' and 'there is less pollution ,less harmful', indicate a lack of control over sentence construction. Focusing on basic sentence accuracy before attempting more complex structures is recommended.
