Authorities have taken numerous steps to enhance the infrastructure of their nation. Some people contemplate that skyscrapers are the effective solution of shortage of accomodation in metropolis cities. I am strongly agree with this statement but both the aspects are elaborated in forthcoming paragraphs.

To commence with, there are multifarious reasons why people believe that tall buildings is the best way to provide sufficient homes in big cities. The first and foremost reason is tall buildings reduce the shortage of land. To elaborate, skyscrapers consists lot of apartments in single building in which thousands of individuals can live rather than seperate houses. It is effective way to occupy space. Further, tall building reduce the expansion of cities. To be more specific, if single story houses will provided to citizens so lot of land required for that and it reduce the agricultural land near cities . It can also be cause of pollution and leads to deforestation. As a result tall buildings reduce the environmental consequences and give sufficient homes to denizens.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses the prompt and maintains a clear position throughout, although the introduction contains a slight contradiction by stating 'I am strongly agree' followed by 'both the aspects are elaborated'. The ideas are relevant, focusing on land conservation and environmental impact, but the development is somewhat superficial. For instance, the counter-argument regarding the risks of tall buildings is mentioned but lacks specific evidence or depth. To improve, you should ensure your position is consistent from the start and provide more detailed, concrete examples to support your arguments, rather than relying on general statements about 'serious issues' or 'disasters'.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, and there is a clear progression of ideas from the introduction to the conclusion. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'To commence with', 'The first and foremost reason', and 'Nevertheless' to link your points. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical, and there are instances where referencing is slightly unclear, such as 'it can leads to serious issues'. The flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words and ensuring that pronouns clearly refer back to their intended nouns to enhance the overall cohesion.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and range required for a higher band. You use some relevant terms like 'infrastructure', 'multifarious', and 'denizens', but there are also several word-choice errors and awkward collocations, such as 'contemplate that skyscrapers are the effective solution' (instead of 'argue' or 'believe') and 'risks of demolish' (instead of 'demolition' or 'collapse'). To reach a higher band, focus on using more natural collocations and avoiding repetitive phrasing. Expanding your vocabulary to include more academic synonyms will help convey your ideas with greater sophistication.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('skyscrapers consists', 'tall buildings is'), missing articles ('in single building'), and incorrect verb forms ('if single story houses will provided'). While the meaning is generally clear, these persistent errors in basic grammar prevent the essay from reaching a higher band. You should focus on proofreading for subject-verb agreement and ensuring that your verb tenses are used consistently throughout your writing.
