The good way to develop enough houses in big cities should fabricate tall flates. That's righ to solve one of biggest issue of houses. However making these type of apartments also help goverment to have more space and it can be more cheaper. Furthermore it also contain some facilities which an average house not have moreover it solve the cleaning issue which saves many time also the view from apartment is very good for a person who is obsessed with nature. Nevertheless the price of rent is also budget freindly and affortable. The quality of walls is extremly good than houses. Few apartment comes with some high level facilities like lift or auto cleaning but they are slightly expensive. It also saves more space where goverment can make some useful buildings like hospitals, schools, and many moreI slightly disagree with that is because some people have large families and the space of these flats are not enough for them another trouble is for old age people that they need to always climb the stairs to reach his room same for child who is at the age of 11 to 13 there can be a chance of their falling the major issue can be solve by adding a left to apartment. In conclution, the apartments provides many luxury facilities but it also come with some issues which can be easily solve by goverment. It makes the country beauty

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the advantages and disadvantages of tall apartment blocks. However, the essay falls short of the 250-word minimum requirement, which negatively impacts the development of ideas. While the position is clear, the arguments are somewhat superficial and lack sufficient supporting evidence or examples. The conclusion is brief and does not fully synthesize the points made. To improve, you should expand on your arguments with more detailed explanations and ensure you meet the minimum word count to allow for a more thorough exploration of the topic.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the structure is weak. There is a lack of clear transition between the benefits and the drawbacks, and the flow of ideas is often disjointed. While some cohesive devices like 'However' and 'Furthermore' are used, they are sometimes applied mechanically or incorrectly. The paragraphing is inconsistent, with the transition between the benefits and the counter-argument being abrupt. Improving the use of linking words and ensuring each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would significantly enhance the logical progression of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive. There are several instances of incorrect word choice, such as 'fabricate' instead of 'construct' or 'build', and 'beauty' instead of 'beautifies'. Phrases like 'average house not have' and 'budget freindly' show a lack of precision. The range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas effectively, and there are frequent spelling errors (e.g., 'flates', 'goverment', 'affortable', 'conclution'). To reach a higher band, you should focus on learning collocations and using more precise, academic vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a high frequency of grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are frequent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'apartments provides', 'major issue can be solve'), article usage, and sentence structure. The range of structures is limited, relying mostly on simple sentences. Complex structures are attempted but are often inaccurate, such as 'I slightly disagree with that is because...'. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with run-on sentences and missing spaces after periods. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors would be beneficial.
