Student answer (Band 5.0)
As home is the basic need of every individual.to servive a human as well as animals also need a rest place to live. Therefore homes are an essential element of life to servive .
But there are very small number of houses in big cities. Many peoples in big cities are homeless or do not have access to proper home.So a large number of homes are needed to make individuals happy.
In big cities the best way to provide large number of homes in big cities is solved out by making big appartments. As in knowledge apartments cover a small area in a big town and cover thousands of families. Rather than that giving every family a separate home this is very spacies and more expensive.
But apartment saves the area in big citi as well as resolves the problem of homelessness peoples.
I strongly agreed on this statement that to build larger number of homes a large apartments are best work
Apartments are the structure which makes citi beautiful and well looking on the other hand making small houses makes structure of citi old.
As per my knowledge i have an example of army apartments which were given to army soldies. Instead of giving every soldier a home, a larger apartments are made in which thousands of soldiers can easily be managed. Therefore it is the best idea to assemble all families in a single platform.
In this way a big issue of assembly families are solved more that expenses that were used in maintaining and constructing homes were saved

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of tall apartment blocks. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention space-saving and cost-efficiency, the arguments are repetitive and lack depth. For example, the point about 'making city beautiful' is asserted but not explained. The example of army housing is relevant but could be better integrated to support the broader argument about urban planning. To improve, focus on extending your ideas with more specific reasoning or real-world consequences, such as the impact on infrastructure or social community, rather than repeating the same points about space and cost.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the flow between sentences is often mechanical and sometimes confusing. You use basic cohesive devices like 'Therefore' and 'In this way,' but they are sometimes used incorrectly or redundantly. The logical progression is hindered by the repetitive nature of the arguments. Referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the phrase 'Rather than that giving every family a separate home this is very spacies,' where the connection to the previous sentence is weak. Improving the use of transition words and ensuring each sentence builds logically upon the last would significantly enhance the coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, which restricts your ability to express complex ideas. You frequently use basic terms like 'big,' 'homes,' and 'houses.' There are also several spelling errors (e.g., 'servive' for survive, 'appartments' for apartments, 'spacies' for spacious, 'citi' for city) and word-choice issues, such as 'well looking' instead of 'aesthetically pleasing' or 'modern.' To reach a higher band, you should aim to use a wider range of topic-specific vocabulary related to urban development and housing, and focus on accurate spelling and collocation.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay relies heavily on simple sentence structures, and there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. Issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'Many peoples... are homeless'), incorrect article usage, and awkward phrasing (e.g., 'the best way... is solved out by making'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing spaces after periods and incorrect capitalization. While you attempt some complex ideas, the lack of control over basic grammar prevents the use of a wider range of structures. Focusing on sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and proofreading for basic errors will help improve your score.
