Till today, with the constantly and rapidly develop with big cities all over the world, for every governments still troubling some. The homeless, the work chance, the economy, also the education. Anyway the biggest problem is how to solve people with out homes.
And there have statement which support the best way to provide enough homes in large cities is to build tall apartment blocks, for me that i will never support, and i gonna explain why in different dimension reasons. For the first of all, the environment, is scary to live in the "concrete jungle', without sunshine, plants and living a places like jails snap together. While living for a period some people might cause health problem or mentality problem, also will pollute carbon-dioxide. For another one, is a huge financial cost to local government, while the apartment been manufactured, the people who own its private jobs have no reason to buy this kind home, they can live far-by their company by driving instead to living in apartment blocks. For the last one, the financial cost, i point out it needs money to build, but after that it needs remain, security, clean and other sustainable works, it gonna be a large spend for block owners.
At the end, to provide enough homes in large cities should add more chance for people, and develop the closing or near-by cities, it can support themselves with future construct, not humanity need space, sunshine, and fresh air, the main reason is people require better working statement.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response attempts to address the prompt by taking a clear position against tall apartment blocks and providing reasons such as environmental impact and financial costs. However, the ideas are underdeveloped and lack sufficient supporting examples or extension. Phrases like "is scary to live in the concrete jungle" demonstrate a limited exploration of the issue, and the overall reasoning tends to wander into unrelated points, such as people driving to work rather than living in apartments. While all parts of the prompt are touched upon, the lack of cohesive, well-supported argumentation places this response firmly at Band 5.0 in terms of task achievement.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay lacks clear logical organisation and progression. Paragraphing is attempted, but the body paragraphs contain multiple disparate points jumbled together without adequate transition markers or logical sequencing. Cohesive devices are either misused or absent, resulting in a disjointed flow. For example, expressions like "For the first of all" and "For another one" are unnatural and mechanically applied. Referencing is frequently unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the progression of thought. These issues reflect the characteristics of Band 4.5 to 5.0, warranting a score of 5.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, with frequent inaccuracies in word choice and collocation. Examples such as "work chance" instead of job opportunities, "mentality problem" instead of mental health issues, and "snap together" instead of stacked together heavily impede communication and strain the reader. The writer attempts less common vocabulary like "sustainable works" and "dimension reasons," but these are used incorrectly. The lexical range is limited and minimally adequate for expressing basic thoughts, corresponding to a Band 4.5 or 5.0 descriptor.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
Grammatical control is weak throughout the response. The text is riddled with severe structural errors, incorrect verb forms, and non-standard syntax, such as "Till today, with the constantly and rapidly develop with big cities... for every governments still troubling some." Simple sentences are often malformed, and attempts at complex structures invariably result in grammatical breakdown, as seen in "the apartment been manufactured, the people who own its private jobs have no reason to buy this kind home." Errors are frequent and persistently cause difficulty for the reader, aligning with the Band 4.0 descriptors.
