Student answer (Band 4.5)
The perfect way to delivered sufficient house in rural area to build the large apartment blocks. I strongly agree with the statement and elaborate in up coming paragraphs.
Firstly, if tall buildings coming in rural area then it good for the cities and working people. Those who were belong from urban area and they come for better opportunity about jobs so they get rental homes. For instance, if we have enough houses so people do not need to pay higher amount of rent from the nominal charges. Secondly, in big city accomodation facilities are more such as, gym, electricity connection, water facility any many more things they get 24X7 without any problem. whereas, in urban area they have to face problems regarding houshold activity.
Furthermore, in medical emergency people should not suffer more beacuse to they get treatment on time due to wide range of hospitals in down town. For exmaple, those who do not have cash so they can go ATM machine for cash withdrawal and pay the bills on time. However, in village area we can not do this at a time due to low facility. On the other side, those who are living in urban area they get pure foods like pure milk from cow and buffalow whereas, in city side they do not get hygene food so here is one problem in large cities.
In conclusion, the best part is to provide enough sheltter in down town so large number of people can live there with rich requirements and i fully agree with the topics. Nowadays, its important to get freshment time at proper place.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.5
The response attempts to address the prompt regarding whether tall apartment blocks are the best way to provide housing in large cities. However, the student struggles significantly with the prompt's core terms, frequently confusing 'rural area' and 'village area' with 'large cities' or 'down town'. The position is stated as strongly agreeing, but the argument is confusing because the text mixes up the benefits of urban and rural locations. For example, the writer mentions that tall buildings in rural areas are good for cities, and later discusses pure food from cows and buffaloes in villages versus urban areas, leading to a muddled line of argumentation. Ideas are stated rather than properly developed, earning a Band 4.5.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The response is organised into paragraphs, with an introduction, body paragraphs featuring basic linking words like 'Firstly', 'Secondly', and 'Furthermore', and a conclusion. However, the logical progression is frequently disrupted by contradictory statements and confusing shifts in focus. For instance, the transition 'On the other side, those who are living in urban area they get pure foods...' abruptly shifts the topic without proper cohesion. Referencing is often unclear, and mechanical cohesive devices are relied upon rather than true logical flow. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal cohesion fails in several places, corresponding to a Band 5.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, with frequent word choice and collocation errors that often impede communication. Examples include 'delivered sufficient house', 'rental homes', and 'nominal charges' used incorrectly in context. The student also uses non-standard terms like '24X7' and misspells words such as 'accomodation', 'houshold', 'beacuse', 'exmaple', 'sheltter', and 'freshment'. The range is strictly limited and inadequate for a precise discussion of urban planning, aligning closely with the Band 4.0 descriptors.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
Grammatical control is weak throughout the essay, with a heavy reliance on simple sentence structures and frequent faulty attempts at complex forms. There are persistent errors in basic grammar, subject-verb agreement, and prepositions, such as in 'if tall buildings coming in rural area then it good for the cities' and 'those who were belong from urban area'. Punctuation is also problematic, with run-on sentences and missing capitalization or commas. These errors are frequent and often cause difficulty for the reader, placing the grammar performance firmly at a Band 4.0.
