TO commence with, the most prominent reason for is save places. In this time people are stared liveing in town and leaveing rural areas for improve their lifestyle. But in tonw right now become more busy and need more accodomation during time town dont have enough specs for that need tall buliding where people can live. And large apartment has lots of benifit such as in one large tall building has up the 50 parts for liveing 50 family. Moreover,in tall building has underground parking lot where people can park their cars for that people can feel relax about their vehicles.
Moving futher, another reason to support my opinion is,reduced travel time.Nomally tall apartment are located near by city office and middle of the city for that people can travel anywhere in short time and early reached home without any rush.In addition, large cities shopping mall are very close to tall apartment so people can easily doing marketing in less time without use any cars for that air poullation also be little keep fresh.

Conclude.althouh tall builldling has greatful benifit and lots of advantang but it has also little problem so we promote posstive thing and we have to keep distange from any possible danger and make sure all safety equipments are keep good posstion. So tall apartment blocks are best way to given enoung homes in large cities for people.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by expressing a clear position agreeing with the statement and providing supporting arguments such as saving space, reducing travel time, and a counter-argument regarding safety. However, the development of ideas is limited and at times superficial. For instance, the argument about saving space relies on repetitive phrasing rather than deeper exploration of urban planning. The conclusion merely restates points rather than synthesizing them. While all parts of the prompt are addressed, the overall development corresponds to Band 5.0 descriptors, as ideas remain somewhat basic and under-developed.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is divided into paragraphs, attempting an introduction, body paragraphs, a counter-argument, and a conclusion. However, the logical progression is frequently disrupted by poor cohesive devices and a lack of clear referencing. Transitional phrases like 'TO commence with', 'Moving futher', and 'Conversely' are used mechanically and often incorrectly. Furthermore, sentence-to-sentence connections are weak, making it difficult to follow the flow of arguments at times. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal cohesion fails frequently, aligning the response closely with Band 4.5 to 5.0. A score of 5.0 reflects the basic organizational structure despite significant cohesion flaws.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, with frequent spelling and word-choice errors that occasionally impede communication. Examples include 'morden' for modern, 'bulid' for build, 'accodomation' for accommodation, 'poullation' for pollution, and 'alteast' or 'althouh' for although. The student attempts some less common vocabulary such as 'prominent' and 'disadvantage', but improper collocations and basic phrasing restrict the lexical range. There is heavy reliance on simple words and incorrect grammatical forms of words (e.g., 'liveing', 'leaveing', 'doing marketing'). These issues place the response firmly in the Band 4.5 to 5.0 range, warranting a 5.0 for minimally adequate communicative vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.5
The response contains a very limited range of grammatical structures, relying heavily on simple sentences and faulty attempts at complex ones. Punctuation is erratic, with missing spaces after commas and periods, and numerous run-on sentences. Grammatical errors are pervasive throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement issues ('population are day by day increasing', 'building any time fail'), tense inconsistencies, and missing articles or prepositions ('in tall building has underground parking'). These frequent errors cause considerable difficulty for the reader and prevent the grammar score from reaching Band 5.5, making Band 4.5 or 5.0 appropriate. A score of 4.5 accurately reflects the high density of structural errors.
