Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is often considerd that some people believe that the best way to provide enogh homes in large cities is to build tall apartment blocks. Primaraly, in this eassy will discuss some of reason of the statement and than have my personal opinion.
In recent years, the people are stress about the house and if goverment provide some tall apartment blocks to people so it helps a lot to live easily. Moreover, with it in one place so many people can live togather. It also help to reduce the population of houses in the city because nowadays cities are getting crowded the earlier.
Moreover,if gorverment provide enough homes in large cities to build tall apartment block with it they get more a place to build more interesting place like museums, parks and some kind of acadamic places for study. And people can servive easily in the city.
Providing enough homes is not crucial but it help in enviorment also people can meet their noubours. It aslo increase the beauti of the city. Living in apartment is not difficult it also feel you like you are living in your house.
In conclusion, i agree with the statement because in another countries there are also build tall apartment blocks and the people of that county also prefer to live in apartment rather than thier own house. This is not to say that build spacific house for a person is entirely bad but in big cities there are also very difficult to earn that much spaicailly for students. Therefore,in my opinion it is very good thing for people.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the idea of building tall apartment blocks to provide homes in large cities and states a clear position of agreement in the conclusion. However, the development of ideas is limited and somewhat repetitive. Phrases like 'more interesting place like museums' and 'increase the beauti of the city' are under-developed and lack sufficient explanation or supporting examples. The introduction also contains contradictory framing by stating 'It is often considerd that some people believe that... Primaraly, in this eassy will discuss some of reason of the statement and than have my personal opinion.' While the core task is addressed, the overall depth aligns with a Band 5.0 descriptor as the ideas remain somewhat basic and lack full extension.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The text is organised into paragraphs, with an introduction, body paragraphs beginning with transition markers like 'Moreover,' and a conclusion. However, the logical progression is frequently disrupted by awkward referencing and repetitive structural patterns. Cohesive devices such as 'with it in one place' and 'to build tall apartment block with it' are used inaccurately and mechanically. Paragraphing is attempted, but the internal flow of sentences within paragraphs lacks coherence, making the argument difficult to follow at times. This corresponds to the Band 5 descriptors where organisation is present, but progression is unclear and cohesive devices are inadequate or inaccurate.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, frequently impeded by spelling and word-choice errors. Examples include 'considerd', 'enogh', 'Primaraly', 'eassy', 'goverment', 'togather', 'gorverment', 'enviorment', 'noubours', 'beauti', 'spacific', and 'spaicailly'. The range is limited to everyday terms, and attempts at less common vocabulary result in non-standard phrasing like 'population of houses' or 'acadamic places for study'. These noticeable errors cause some difficulty for the reader and reflect the Band 5 lexical profile.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but many complex attempts are faulty and ungrammatical. For instance, 'if goverment provide some tall apartment blocks to people so it helps a lot' and 'if gorverment provide enough homes in large cities to build tall apartment block with it they get more a place' demonstrate severe control issues with conditional clauses and clause connection. Punctuation is also erratic, with missing spaces after commas and periods throughout the response. Frequent grammatical errors distort meaning and create difficulty for the reader, matching the Band 4 to Band 5 threshold; a score of 4.5 is rounded to 4.5 or 5.0 depending on the grid, but 5.0 fits best as communication is achieved despite frequent errors.
