IELTS Writing Task 2 question

The best way to provide enough homes in large cities is to build tall apartment blocks.

To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

The role of overseas in the world is widely debated, with some people claims that building tall apartments blocks in the urban cities is significant to fulfill the requriment of homes for human beings. However, I do not entirely accept this, and I will explain in this essay,

To intiate with, build tall apartment blocks should not be accepted beacause with the increasing rate of earthquakes, landslides and other more natural problems, so it is dangerous for human life to live in a tall apartments. another reason to concur this in the case of any emergencies like fire people are not able to go down easily. Moreover, tall buildings alos has lifts so it may not safe in the cade of earthquakes. although some elderly people has some health problems so in the tall buildings they are not able to climb stairs if the lift is not working.
