It is true that urban area have more oppounites and high living stand, for that reason there is huge level for migration changes occure in today time. As the number people increase in the cities, the requirment for housing also increase. So, apartment type houses is one of the best way to provide living space for more and more individuals inthe cities. In the essay, I am partly agree with this statment.
To begin with, one of the siginficant advantage is that tall building strucutre is more space saves which provide many houses on a small area of land. To explain it, in city, land shortage is one of the major issuse but it can be resovle for making muilt- storey house in small price of land for so many family. Therefore, it is best way to save land in the city. Moreover, building apartments can be cheaper as per person than constructing individual houses
However, it aparment is more congtive which effect quality of life beacuse ther is lack of privacy beacuse in such houses, there is general facuilites are avaible such as gym, swimming pool and gardens for all people whose live their. So, somehow it might be effect on individual personal life also.
In conclude, I largely agree that building tall apartment blocks is an effective way to provide sufficient housing in larger cities, although I belive that this approch also has some privacy issues.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by expressing a partial agreement with the statement that tall apartment blocks are the best way to provide housing. However, the task achievement is hindered significantly in two ways. First, the essay falls short of the 250-word minimum, containing only 235 words, which incurs a mandatory penalty on this criterion. Second, the development of ideas is limited; while the benefits of saving land are briefly mentioned, the counterarguments regarding privacy and congested living are underdeveloped and slightly confused (such as suggesting that shared facilities like swimming pools reduce privacy). The writer's position is clear in the introduction and conclusion, but the overall depth of exploration aligns best with a Band 5.0.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into distinct paragraphs, including an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, showing a basic structural awareness. However, progression and cohesion are problematic. There are frequent mechanical errors in referencing and cohesive ties, such as starting sentences with repetitive or awkward transitions ('To begin with', 'To explain it', 'In conclude'). Additionally, pronoun referencing is occasionally unclear, as seen in phrases like 'whose live their'. While the overall intent can be followed, the lack of smooth, flexible transitions and faulty paragraph links places this criterion firmly at Band 5.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is relatively basic and repetitive, featuring numerous spelling and word-choice errors that occasionally strain comprehension, such as 'oppounites', 'stand', 'requirment', 'inthe', 'siginficant', 'strucutre', 'issuse', 'resovle', 'muilt', 'aparment', 'congtive', and 'effect' instead of 'affect'. While the writer attempts some less common terms like 'migration changes' and 'construction', the high density of lexical inaccuracies and incorrect word forms prevents the response from achieving a higher score. The lexical range is minimally adequate for the task, matching Band 4.5, which rounds to Band 5.0 in standard descriptors.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The essay displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, and attempts at complex sentences are frequently faulty. Examples of grammatical errors include subject-verb agreement issues ('urban area have', 'there is huge level... changes occure', 'people increase', 'apartment type houses is'), tense inconsistencies, and preposition errors ('for making', 'as per person'). Simple sentences dominate, and punctuation is often neglected, leading to run-on structures like 'So, apartment type houses is one of the best way to provide living space for more and more individuals inthe cities. In the essay, I am partly agree with this statment.' The frequency of structural errors places this firmly at a Band 4.0.
