Student answer (Band 4.0)
In this eassy homes provide to people in big city they build the apartment upward and allot to people and no make new homes in ground for allocation to people.
According to my idea the appropriate way is build homes in ground and gives to people this process is smothly and more comfortable as compare to other like build tall apartment blocks and then allot to people. The ground homes making process is more good because in this way people will not dependent to other they will go their own home without any hasitation and without crossing others stairs or lifts and they will feel more comfortable in many situations like sevarage system will seprate if in any case sevrage system blocks then this issue will feel only one home instead of multiple homes in tall building.
In my openion best option is build homes are more preferable as comepare to tall building because the ground homes faces little difficulties as compare to tall building blocks. For instance if the earthquick comes in this situation distroy at ground home's will little as compare to others because it is not too much tall building and people's life is more secure as compare to living people in tall building blocks and then people will chose to live on ground making homes. And other issue is like if any case they face loadsheding of wapda then in tall building they will feel like night without any light and sun. So they faces deficiency of vitaman D so due to this reason they face multiple types of health issues.
In concluion the best way to allocation homes to people is on ground making home. This is more secure way to providing home to people and and better their heath and servive long time.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response attempts to address the task prompt by arguing against tall apartment blocks in favour of ground-level homes, citing issues such as privacy, comfort, earthquake safety, and sunlight exposure. However, the development of ideas is limited and hindered by severe language barriers. While a clear position is stated that ground homes are better, the arguments remain somewhat repetitive and lack the sophisticated extension expected at higher bands. The response touches upon relevant aspects of city housing, but the reasoning is often simplistic. Overall, the performance aligns with Band 4.0 because the ideas are underdeveloped and the frequent comprehension strain places it below Band 5.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0
The essay is divided into four paragraphs, which shows an awareness of structural organisation, but the internal logical progression is weak. Sentences often run together without appropriate punctuation or logical links, creating significant hurdles for the reader. Cohesive devices are either missing or misused, as seen in repetitive phrases like 'as compare to tall building' and 'in this way'. Paragraphing is attempted, but the grouping of ideas lacks clear thematic control, particularly in the body paragraphs where earthquake safety and vitamin D deficiencies are awkwardly lumped together. Pronoun referencing and logical transitions are largely faulty. This corresponds to a Band 4.0 descriptor level.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is very basic, repetitive, and heavily restricted. The student frequently misuses words or relies on incorrect word forms, such as 'eassy', 'sevarage', 'openion', 'earthquick', 'distroy', and 'servive'. There is a lack of control over collocation and word choice, which frequently strains the reader and obscures meaning. Less common vocabulary items are either absent or incorrectly applied. Because the lexical range is extremely limited and errors in spelling and word choice are pervasive throughout the text, this performance fits squarely into Band 4.0.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The grammatical range is very limited, consisting predominantly of poorly constructed and overly long run-on sentences joined by coordinating conjunctions like 'and' or 'so' without proper punctuation. There is a near-total absence of error-free complex sentences. Frequent errors in tense, subject-verb agreement, articles, and word order severely distort meaning in several places, such as in the opening sentence: 'In this eassy homes provide to people in big city they build the apartment upward'. Because grammar errors are constant and significantly impede communication, the response achieves a Band 4.0 score for this criterion.
