Nowadays, many large cities are facing housing problems. Due to the increase of population these things are arising.Meanwhile it a fact that making tall apartments are not a solution, I partly agreed with the statement. This essay will highlights the agree or disagree in the following paragrapghs.

To begin with, due to the rapid growth of population cities are facing this issues and although, making a tall apartments are not a permanent resolution. The great way to make a buiding is to the families which are large instead of making tall apartments. Housing crises can lead to high prices of accommodation for the people and furthermore, it is also a major problems causes by increase of population. The houses should be make in such a way that it should be sufficient for the big families. Moreover, this is a critical issue to raise against government.

On the other hand, i do not believe that making tall buildings and floor by floor as not a solution for this, people should provided a good houses near the cities or towns with an affordale prices to the citizens. Additinally, if it fails to provide the better housing facilities it will results to expand the cities widely and work on this by constructing the tall and big appartment blocks.

To coclude, i partly agreed to the above context that the best housing facilities should be proivided to the individuals and instead of making and investing on the tall apartments.someone has to look after this issues happenning in the ciies.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0

The response attempts to address the prompt by stating a partial agreement, but the development of ideas is weak and difficult to follow. Expressions such as 'this essay will highlights the agree or disagree' show a mechanical approach rather than a genuine exploration of the topic. The student touches upon issues of housing crises, population growth, and the needs of large families, but these ideas remain underdeveloped and lack clear, logical support. The position taken in the introduction is muddled by contradictory statements, which impacts the overall fulfilment of the task requirements. Consequently, the performance aligns best with Band 4.0 descriptors for Task Achievement due to the limited and unclear development of ideas.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0

Coherence and cohesion are severely compromised throughout the essay. While paragraph breaks are attempted, the internal progression of ideas within paragraphs is lacking. Sentences often feel disjointed, and the use of cohesive devices is either missing or inaccurate, as seen in awkward transitions like 'Meanwhile it a fact' and 'To begin with, due to the rapid growth of population cities are facing this issues and although, making a tall apartments are not a permanent resolution.' Referencing is frequently unclear, making it hard to follow the writer's line of argument. This overall lack of logical sequencing and clear organisational structure places the response firmly at Band 4.0 for this criterion.

Lexical Resource — Band 4.0

The vocabulary used is basic, repetitive, and often inaccurate, which frequently strains the reader's comprehension. Words are misused in terms of collocation and word class, such as 'making tall apartments are not a solution' and 'an affordale prices'. There are also numerous spelling and morphological errors, including 'paragrapghs', 'buiding', 'appartment', and 'coclude'. While the student attempts some topic-related vocabulary like 'accommodation', 'housing crises', and 'facilities', the range remains limited and inadequate for a higher band. These persistent errors in word choice and spelling are characteristic of a Band 4.0 performance.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0

The grammatical range is extremely limited, relying heavily on simple sentence structures with frequent, basic errors that constantly impede communication. There are numerous severe grammatical inaccuracies, such as subject-verb agreement errors ('making tall apartments are', 'these things are arising', 'a major problems causes by'), incorrect verb forms ('the houses should be make'), and awkward punctuation. Complex sentences are rarely attempted successfully, and errors occur in almost every sentence. Because errors are frequent, prominent, and often distort meaning, the writing falls squarely into Band 4.0 for grammatical accuracy and range.
