Student answer (Band 4.5)
The contruction of taller apartment blocks in a huge cities can fulfill the needs of accomodation. I agree as much as disagree with notion above. In fourthcoming paragraphs, I have supported my stand with reasonable justifications.
first of all, taking into accont of the agreement side of this trend, first and foremost is the taller apartment will have the sufficent space to acccomodate. The taller building occpie space verticalty, and it is the best possiable way to use a space. So if an apartment were made of 4 four intialty and it is totaly accomodated, the owner of that building can build verticaily on that apartment for more accomodation. For example in mumbai aparatment owner are building extra flooers on the build for more rooms
Taking into consideration of disagreement side, taller apartment will have high risk of falling or unstable. The taller building are highly unstable due to the height of the apartment, and winds blows in higher levels. If the blocks is build on the pre exctisting apartment will be very likely to be unstable due to its old and weak foundation. for examlple in mumbai block was building on old apartment but due to weak foundation it fall and get destorys
to conclud, the building blocks on the apartment haves it's own merits and demerits, which was the more accomodation as postive part and having unstably as th

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response attempts to address the prompt by discussing both the advantages and disadvantages of building tall apartment blocks in large cities. However, the position is somewhat ambiguous at the start as the student writes, 'I agree as much as disagree with notion above.' While the ideas regarding space efficiency and structural stability are relevant, they remain noticeably under-developed and are cut short before reaching a natural conclusion. Furthermore, the length requirement of 250 words is not met, as the response contains only 231 words and ends abruptly mid-sentence. Consequently, these shortcomings constrain the task response to a Band 5.0.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay displays some basic organisational structure with paragraphs intended for introduction, arguments for, arguments against, and a conclusion. However, the overall progression is hampered by abrupt endings and incomplete sentences, particularly in the conclusion ('and having unstably as th'). Cohesive devices are basic and repetitive, such as 'first of all', 'taking into account', and 'for example'. Paragraphing is attempted, but the internal logical flow between sentences is occasionally hindered by mechanical linking and referencing errors. Overall, the structural coherence aligns best with a Band 5.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is relatively limited and basic, containing frequent spelling mistakes such as 'contruction', 'accomodation', 'fourthcoming', 'sufficent', 'occpie', 'verticalty', 'possiable', 'flooers', 'exctisting', 'examlple', and 'destorys'. There are also significant word-choice inaccuracies, such as 'verticalty' and 'unstably'. Although the student attempts some less common terms like 'justifications' and 'foundation', the high density of spelling and lexical errors restricts the score. This performance fits the Band 4.0 descriptors.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The writing demonstrates a very limited range of grammatical structures. Simple sentences dominate, and attempts at complex structures are frequently faulty, such as 'if an apartment were made of 4 four intialty and it is totaly accomodated, the owner of that building can build verticaily on that apartment for more accomodation.' Errors in punctuation, capitalization, subject-verb agreement, and tense consistency are pervasive throughout the text. Additionally, the response trails off incompletely at the end. These persistent and frequent errors severely distort meaning at times, placing the grammar score at Band 4.0.
