The lack of accomodation facility in metro cities should be expand and huge apartment or building has to be built for overcoming from this situation. More facilities have been allotted and I agree to this statement and my viewpoint is explained further.

Some of reason is that, there are huge number of forest located in urban dwelling areas and due to that there are lack of land surrounded for building for huge apartments. Nowadays, the population of countries is rapdily growing and due to that there are less housing facility is available for living. In addition, the birth rate is highly rising and even in cities individuals first priority is living in cities because of various benefits in each sector. For example, due to employment opportunity, technology, healthcare services and career opportunity citizens prefer to live more in metropolitian areas.

Discussing my preference, there should be availability of sufficient number of housing facility in each areas of cities and by keeping the rising population in the mind the tall apartment and flat should be build to avoid future circumstances like poverty and burden of individuals. For instance, the government should highly invest in housing sector and to prepare more accomodation in city places to pro found their city values. In addition, the authorise authority of a country have to start a schemes and subsidies also should be provided to the citizens.

In conclusion, both the government and individual had to done their responsiblity so the upcoming challenges can be avoided. The housing sector should be develop more as the population want a proper house and toward those who are searching for accomodation.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5

The response addresses the prompt by expressing a clear position in favor of building tall apartment blocks, supporting it with reasons such as urban population growth, lack of available land, and the attraction of metropolitan areas for employment and education. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive. For example, sentences like 'there are huge number of forest located in urban dwelling areas and due to that there are lack of land surrounded for building' show basic reasoning that is not fully elaborated with sophisticated examples. While all parts of the task are addressed, the arguments lack depth and extension. Therefore, this performance meets the criteria for Band 5.5, rounded to Band 6.0 due to clear positioning.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is divided into paragraphs, showing a basic structure with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. However, the logical progression is frequently disrupted by awkward referencing and mechanical cohesive devices. For instance, phrases such as 'Discussing my preference' and 'In addition, the authorise authority' do not connect ideas smoothly. Paragraphing is attempted, but the grouping of ideas lacks clear thematic separation, as the second body paragraph mixes causes of urban migration with solutions like government subsidies. Referencing pronouns are occasionally unclear, making the flow bumpy for the reader. This performance aligns best with Band 5.0.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is relatively limited and repetitive, with frequent spelling and word-form errors that hinder precision. Examples include 'accomodation' (accommodation), 'rapdily' (rapidly), 'metropolitian' (metropolitan), 'pro found' (profound or enhance), and 'authorise authority' (authoritative authorities). The writer attempts some less common vocabulary, such as 'subsidies' and 'circumstances,' but these are often used with incorrect collocations or awkward phrasing (e.g., 'avoid future circumstances like poverty'). Due to the noticeable errors in spelling and word choice that occasionally impede clarity, a score of 5.0 is appropriate.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The response displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, relying heavily on simple or awkwardly constructed complex sentences. There are frequent and systematic errors in grammar, subject-verb agreement, and tense control. Examples include 'The lack of accomodation facility... should be expand', 'huge apartment or building has to be built for overcoming from this situation', and 'both the government and individual had to done their responsiblity'. These persistent errors cause significant difficulty for the reader and demonstrate poor control over basic and complex structures alike, placing this submission firmly at Band 5.0.
