Student answer (Band 4.0)
better to develop the apartment homes instead to construct the homes in bigger cities
Now a days is better to develop the more and more apartment which is going to good idea as well economically also a good investment. as compare to construct a one home people invest their all the saving and the time to build it while if the tall apartment build is home income genrate option.
i would like to give my opinion on is getting a home or to build a tower in bigger cities is a good earning mony through the apartment as somehow people searching for low budget option instaed to invest a big amount.
futhermore, is also not acquiring that much space for the public as compare to construct the more homes. in the bigger or busy cities apartment role not only provide a rooms is also a good idea to make a space for work office as well to generate employment as well some exercise option in just a one building.
however, i just want to summaries that acquring more and more place rather than took one place and get as many as option for the genearl public or the empolyers as well.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
The response attempts to address the prompt regarding whether tall apartment blocks are the best way to provide housing in large cities. The writer presents a positive stance towards apartments, mentioning economic benefits, efficient land use, and mixed-use spaces. However, the ideas are severely underdeveloped and lack clear examples or detailed explanations. Furthermore, the response suffers from a major negative impact due to the word count constraint: containing only 201 words, it falls short of the minimum 250-word requirement, which prevents a full and rounded discussion of the task. Therefore, the task achievement is limited and falls under the Band 4 descriptors.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The essay lacks clear logical organisation and proper paragraphing. While there is an attempt to introduce points using connectors like 'futhermore' and 'however', the overall arrangement is disjointed, and progression is frequently impeded by unclear referencing and fragmented sentences. Paragraphing is poorly handled, with thoughts running together rather than being clearly structured into distinct thematic paragraphs. Cohesive devices are used awkwardly, making it difficult for the reader to follow the train of thought seamlessly. These features align closely with Band 4 descriptors for Coherence and Cohesion.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is basic, repetitive, and often imprecise. The writer attempts some topic-related terms such as 'investment', 'budget option', and 'employment', but frequent errors in word choice and word formation—such as 'genrate', 'mony', 'instaed', and 'acquring'—strain the reader and impede comprehension. Phrasal constructions and collocations are unnatural throughout the text. The lexical range is limited and minimally adequate only for expressing simple, fragmented ideas, placing the response firmly at Band 4.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.0
The grammatical range is extremely limited, relying heavily on simple or faultily constructed complex sentences. The text contains constant errors in basic grammar, tense usage, subject-verb agreement, and punctuation, such as in 'while if the tall apartment build is home income genrate option' and 'apartment role not only provide a rooms is also a good idea'. These frequent errors frequently distort meaning and make the sentences difficult to parse. Because the errors are pervasive and basic structures are poorly controlled, the grammar corresponds to a Band 4 level.
