Moreover, it is the significant way to provide enough houses in big cities is to construct high apartment blocks. I fully agree with this statement. This essay will articulate my perspective along with this statement.

To commence with the down side of the give enough homes in large cities. To more precise, in the big cities, people have not proper house, some peoples lived in road side. They have not their own house. For example, in Surat city, 6 crore peoples are lived but, they have not proper houses. I saw that many people lived in road side. They face many problem such as, rain, cold and many more. As a result, government helped them wheather, provide good home or give some apartment blocks for rent.

Moreover, there are also negative side of the circumstance as, people lived in road side. To elaborate further on this point, government should give enough homes in big cities because of some peoples lived in slumped. Looking at, in Mumbai, huge amout of peoples lived in slumped areas. Government must give proper space or apartment blocks because, the apartment take small space. Consequently, in small space people lived good life. People have huge space.

To conclusion, apartment take small space but, give big space for family that thay easy to lived their life. There are some naetive side that people have not enough space like, peoples lived life in small area as well as lived on road side and also, people live in slumped area.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0

The response attempts to address the prompt by stating an agreement with the statement that building tall apartment blocks is the best way to provide enough homes in large cities. However, the development of ideas is heavily constrained by severe language limitations. The student attempts to provide examples, such as mentioning Surat and Mumbai, and discusses issues like homelessness and slum housing. Despite these relevant thoughts, the arguments remain underdeveloped, repetitive, and lack clear logical progression. The position is stated at the beginning, but the supporting points often circle back to the same basic concepts about space and homelessness without offering a deeper exploration of urban planning or housing alternatives. Consequently, the response aligns best with Band 4 descriptors.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

The essay is divided into paragraphs, but the overall organization and progression are weak. While transitional markers are attempted, such as 'To commence with' and 'Moreover', they are frequently misused or mechanically applied, disrupting the flow of ideas. Paragraphing is attempted, but the internal structure of the paragraphs lacks logical progression. For instance, the second paragraph mixes the downsides of housing shortages with government solutions rather than maintaining a clear focus. Referencing is often unclear, with pronoun usage failing to link properly to antecedent nouns, as seen in phrases like 'They have not their own house'. Information and ideas are not arranged in a coherently progressive manner, placing this performance firmly in Band 4.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.0

The vocabulary used is very basic, repetitive, and restricted in range. The student relies heavily on simple words and makes frequent word-choice and word-formation errors, such as using 'peoples' instead of 'people', 'wheather' instead of 'whether' or 'government assistance', and 'slumed' instead of 'slums'. Collocations are frequently unnatural, for example, 'lived in road side' instead of 'living on the streets'. These lexical limitations and errors are intrusive and frequently strain the reader's understanding, which is characteristic of a Band 4 level.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.0

The grammatical range is very limited, consisting mostly of simple and attempted complex sentences that are heavily flawed. There are frequent, pervasive errors in tense, subject-verb agreement, articles, and sentence structure throughout the text, such as 'every peoples need', 'people have not proper house', and 'that thay easy to lived their life'. Complex structures are rarely attempted accurately, and errors frequently distort the intended meaning or cause significant difficulty for the reader to parse. These persistent structural issues place the writing at a Band 4 level.
