In this period of globalization, build tall apartment blocks is a key strategy because a great number of people are moveing towards the urban areas for better life style in this case residence area shortage can be a major problem for city administration. In my opinion, I strongly agree with this notion and my opinion will be discussed in further paragraphs with a suitable conclusion.
Supporting my agreement to the given statement, I firmly believe that there should be planned city in which tall building aparments are constructed to manage the urban growing population. Now a days, everyone prefer to live in city and experience the modern life style. When we are discussing about the eductaion there are large number of schools and colleges avalliable for education. In these acdamic institues you get the modern type of education according to the modern Era which give you the chance to meet high level of growth. As people are moving towards the cities which create an unbalnce in city life, to metigate this effect we should shift our residance in tall apartment blocks.
It is true that city life provide you any type of oppurtunity to meet speed of modern Era and you can catch the high waves of success. As large number of people are shifting to the cities which create a huge problem for city administration. when large number of people are shift to cities then the need of homes increase. Everyone want to live in pleasent environment but if they cannot manage to do this. Then this will also give them an additional depression as a result number of crimes will increase in shape of fight and sepration.
In conclusion, building tall apartment blocks for homes are the best choice to manage the space for residance this will overcome the future failure in term of land mangement. I strongly believe that the above points will support my point of view.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by clearly stating a position agreeing with the idea of building tall apartment blocks to accommodate growing urban populations. The student provides reasons related to urbanization, education opportunities, and urban management. However, the development of ideas lacks depth and contains repetitive assertions rather than fully extended arguments. For instance, the discussion on education in the second paragraph feels somewhat disconnected from the main theme of housing. The conclusion reiterates the stance adequately, but overall, the task is addressed in a somewhat generalised and repetitive manner. This performance aligns well with Band 6, where the task is addressed with relevant ideas, though some are under-developed or unclear.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The essay is organised into four paragraphs, including an introduction and conclusion, which provides a basic overall structure. Paragraphing is attempted, though the logical progression between ideas is sometimes hindered by unclear referencing and repetitive sentence structures. Cohesive devices are used, but they tend to be basic and occasionally repetitive, such as 'In conclusion' and 'As large number of people are shifting'. The relationship between sentences is not always seamless, leading to mechanical transitions in places. Despite these flaws, the response maintains a coherent overall arrangement that allows the reader to follow the main line of argument without excessive strain, fitting the Band 6 descriptors.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The student demonstrates an adequate vocabulary for the task, attempting some less common lexical items such as 'urbanization', 'administration', and 'mitigate'. However, there are notable limitations and word choice errors throughout the text, including spelling mistakes like 'moveing', 'eductaiion', 'avalliable', 'acdamic', 'institues', 'metigate', 'residance', 'oppurtunity', 'pleasent', and 'sepration'. Collocations are occasionally awkward, such as 'high waves of success'. While the range is sufficient to convey the general meaning, the frequency of lexical errors and improper word forms prevents the writing from reaching a higher band. These characteristics correspond directly to Band 5 descriptors.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The student uses a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, attempting complex structures like 'As people are moving towards the cities which create an unbalnce...'. However, grammatical accuracy is weak, with frequent errors in verb tense, subject-verb agreement, and clause structures. Examples include 'build tall apartment blocks is', 'everyone prefer', 'when large number of people are shift', and 'Everyone want'. Punctuation is also problematic, featuring run-on sentences and missing commas. Although meaning is generally conveyed despite the errors, the high frequency of grammatical slips and faulty complex structures places this response firmly in the Band 5 category.
