IELTS Writing Task 2 question
The best way to provide enough homes in large cities is to build tall apartment blocks.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Student answer (Band 4.5)
People are moving to large cities due to better life style and modern ways of living and it has resulted in tremendous increase of population. There are many possible ways to accomodate such large groups of people but it will result in providing more land to build more homes and eventually it will make the situation in large cities worse. Poor people who can not afford their own houses builidng tall apartment blocks is the best way for their survival.
In my opinion tall apartments are best ways to provide shelter to many families. Different families belonging to different areas can live in same enviroment.
