As the population is increasing in the world so there is need to bulid big homes and apparments.

Large building offices are also benificial because it provides a lot of job opportunities for many employees. However at some extent it may be difficult to bulid large buldings because it need lot of cost not everyone can afford it. Large schools, universities, are also benificial for students because a lot of student can pursue there studies . Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the prompt by discussing the advantages and disadvantages of building tall apartment blocks in large cities. The writer takes a clear position, stating 'I prefer large buildings beacaue they are the assets of earnings', and mentions points such as population growth, land scarcity, and environmental drawbacks. However, the development of ideas is limited and somewhat repetitive. Phrases like 'Large schools, universities, are also benificial for students' drift slightly away from the core topic of housing into general urban infrastructure. While all parts of the task are touched upon, the lack of fully extended and supported arguments keeps the response at this level. The ideas are relevant, but several points remain under-developed.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The overall progression of the essay is difficult to follow due to poor paragraphing and a lack of clear logical organisation. The text is broken into arbitrary blocks, with the main body and concluding thoughts blurred together. Cohesive devices are minimal, repetitive, or inaccurate, such as using 'however' repeatedly and out of place (e.g., 'However buildindg large jome is costly but benificial'). Referencing is also unclear at times, making the transition between ideas abrupt. For instance, jumping from apartment rental income directly to large office buildings and schools without transitional sentences disrupts the flow. Paragraphing is not used effectively to separate distinct arguments.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, frequently recycling words like 'bulid' (build), 'benificial' (beneficial), and 'large'. There are noticeable spelling and word-choice errors throughout the text, such as 'apparments' instead of apartments, 'jome' instead of home, and 'beacaue' instead of because. The range of vocabulary is limited and minimally adequate for expressing simple ideas, but the persistent errors in spelling and word formation cause some difficulty for the reader and prevent the text from reaching a higher band score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The essay displays a very limited range of grammatical structures. Most sentences are simple or attempt complex structures that are faulty, leading to frequent errors in tense, subject-verb agreement, and punctuation. Examples include 'population is increased day by day', 'in our land ther is not enouh space', and 'it need lot of cost not everyone can afford it'. Run-on sentences and missing punctuation are common, such as 'In rural areas there are no large bulidings and some how it is peaceful.but in urban areas...'. These errors are frequent and often strain the reader's understanding of the intended meaning.
