The best way to provide enough homes in large cities is to build tall apartment blocks.

Student answer (Band 4.0)
From my prespective we should have to build appratments rather then villas of indvisual homes for small familes as we can see the bigest challange in urban life is the crises of properties and homes .
as we can see the socities in our cities they are providing the indvidual houses and villas but due to unemployment so we should have to build small appartments for those peopel who can not afford the big houses and villas
