First of all in cities there are lot of buildings of shopping malls, hospitals, schools, offices. so the cities have not enough spaces for home buildings.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
The response attempts to address the prompt regarding whether tall apartment blocks are the best way to provide enough homes in large cities. The writer takes a clear position by stating "I,m totally agree with that to provide houses in large amounts should be in tall apartments block." However, the ideas are underdeveloped and lack sufficient supporting evidence. Furthermore, the response falls short of the word count requirement, containing only 240 words instead of the minimum 250, which impacts task achievement negatively. While the response touches on space limitations and community benefits, the arguments remain overly simplistic and repetitive. For these reasons, the response aligns best with Band 4.0 descriptors.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
The response is divided into several short paragraphs, but the overall organization and logical progression are weak. Sentences are often disjointed, and the use of cohesive devices is minimal and mechanical (e.g., starting consecutive paragraphs with "First of all" and "Secondly", followed by fragmented transitions like "So thats why"). Referencing is sometimes unclear, and the lack of robust paragraph structure hinders the flow of ideas. The conclusion merely restates the initial stance without effectively summarizing the points made. This performance fits the Band 4.0 level.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is very basic and repetitive, such as "houses", "cities", "good", and "people". There are noticeable spelling and word choice errors throughout the text, including "wmall" instead of small, "blockes" instead of blocks, "travell", "spports", and "enhace". The student attempts some less common terms like "modern era" and "housing society", but inaccuracies in collocation and spelling cause frequent strain for the reader. The lexical range is limited and minimally adequate for basic communication, corresponding to Band 4.0.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.0
The grammatical range is severely restricted. The majority of sentences feature basic structures, and attempts at complex sentences result in frequent errors and non-standard syntax, such as "Here i will give some examples in the following paragraph to improve my point of view" and "there should be houses with large amount sould be build in long apartments." Punctuation and capitalization are frequently inaccurate (e.g., lowercase "i", missing apostrophes, and unnecessary comma usage like "I,m"). Because errors are frequent and occasionally impede meaning, the grammar sits firmly at Band 4.0.
