Student answer (Band 5.0)
Looking towards the modern arc the best way to provide house in large cities is build tall apartment block. I agree with this alternative way of living because of protecting the enviroment and less raw marital use to bulid apartment.
To begin with, there are serveral advantages to approve with my agrees. To explain it, if the people will live in apartment then its directly benifites the enviroment because if we bulid the tall aparment then the free land can use for protecting the wildlife. Similarly, the one of the main thing is less use of raw maritals to build apartment because in context nepal their are so many houses due to that more among of martials is waste.
On the other hand, there are some people how like to live in homes rather then apartment. To elaborate it, in apaertment we cannot distup the neighoures but to that some people are when to live in home.
To sum up, in life there are so many phase we suffer form and find the alternative in recent time line population has highest day by day due to that people and it take less space then many homes and use less raw maritals to bulid it.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
The response addresses the task partially, presenting a clear position in favor of building tall apartment blocks to protect the environment and use fewer raw materials. However, the ideas are limited and under-developed. For instance, the point about protecting wildlife through free land is mentioned briefly without further extension or specific examples. Furthermore, it is important to note a critical issue regarding length: the response falls significantly short of the required minimum word count of 250 words, containing only 204 words. This severely limits the depth and completeness of the arguments presented.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The essay displays some basic organization with an attempt at paragraphing, but there is no clear overall progression of ideas throughout the response. Cohesive devices are often inadequate, inaccurate, or repetitive, such as the frequent transitions like 'To begin with' and 'On the other hand,' which are sometimes used awkwardly. Referencing is also unclear in places, such as in the final paragraph where sentences feel disconnected and fail to guide the reader smoothly from one point to the next, resulting in a somewhat disjointed overall flow.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary range is limited and minimally adequate for the task. There are noticeable errors in word choice, spelling, and word form that frequently cause difficulty for the reader. For example, terms are misspelled or misused throughout the text, such as 'enviroment' instead of environment, 'marital' and 'martials' instead of materials, and 'aparetment'. Attempts to use less common vocabulary result in inaccuracies that occasionally impede communication, reflecting a basic control of word formation and lexical appropriateness.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writer uses a very limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple sentences, while attempts at complex sentences are frequently faulty. There are frequent errors in verb forms, tenses, subject-verb agreement, and articles that can cause difficulty for the reader. Examples include structural awkwardness and grammatical slips like 'if the people will live in apartment then its directly benifites the enviroment' and 'there are so many phase we suffer form.' Punctuation and sentence boundaries are also weak, contributing to frequent grammatical breakdowns across the text.
