Nowadays, Urbanization has become a serious issue with the need of providing sufficient housing to individuals residing in urban cities . Building heighted apartmnet blocks in cities hub to provide enough housing is somehow benficial to the societies. Neverthless, to some extent i disagree on apartments construction.
In some context, constructing heighted apartment buildings is beneficial to cope the issue of house shortages in major urban areas.House shortages mostly persist in urban areas due to number of reasons. For example, individuals mobility from rural areas towards cities mainly take place for the advert access of high level education, employment, better medical facilities along with attraction towards living in modern infrastructure housing societies. Neverthless , as many individuals begin residing in urban cities , the shortages of houses prevails that lead to the development of housing scheme for urban societies.
Building housing apartments with numerous block can have positive impact for the social and economic welfare of urban societies. As number of families can reside in 1 building at a time rather than building separate houses. It can also assist people who cannot afford to build individual house to reside with family. It is economcally beneficial for students ,low income people to reside in apartments.
However, building tall apartment blocks can have adverse environmental and societal affect. Tall building block the natural passage of wind which can lead to extreme heat and suffocation in the area. Noise pollution mostly prevail in the area with maximum people reside in same place wityh no advert noise control walls installation. Also the routes of aircrafts landing in cities can also be dangerous to some extent. Birds fly can be interrupted to some extent as they will not be able to pass through the straight routes due to apartment building infrastructure.
In conclusion, i would say that construction of apartment blocks is beneficial and superior step to provide maximum housing to individuals. However , in order to cope the adverse affects, it would be wise step to create and maintain a useful strategy of infrastructure developmemt of apartment buildings so that it could has less envuironmental and social effects on others.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt regarding tall apartment blocks as a solution for urban housing, presenting a position that is generally clear by the conclusion, though the stance shifts slightly between introduction and body paragraphs. Relevant ideas are introduced, such as economic benefits for students and low-income individuals, and environmental concerns like wind blockage and noise pollution. However, these ideas remain limited and under-developed. For instance, the point regarding aircraft routes and bird flight being interrupted lacks adequate explanation and clear support. The overall development feels surface-level, resulting in a response that partially covers the task rather than fully exploring the implications of high-rise living.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is some basic organization evident through the division into paragraphs, with an introduction, body paragraphs addressing advantages and disadvantages, and a conclusion. However, the essay lacks clear overall progression between ideas. Cohesive devices are used mechanically or are sometimes inaccurate, such as the repetitive use of connectors like 'Neverthless' and 'Also'. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal cohesion within paragraphs is occasionally disrupted by abrupt shifts in topics, such as transitioning suddenly from housing schemes to economic welfare in the third paragraph. Referencing is also at times unclear, making the logical flow between sentences occasionally difficult to follow seamlessly.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary range is limited but minimally adequate to convey basic ideas about urbanization and housing. The student attempts some less common vocabulary, such as 'urbanization', 'infrastructure', and 'advert access', but these attempts frequently suffer from poor word choice, incorrect collocations, or awkward phrasing (e.g., 'heighted apartmnet blocks', 'cities hub', 'cope the issue', 'advert noise control'). Furthermore, there are noticeable spelling and word-form errors throughout the text, including 'Neverthless', 'benficial', 'economcally', 'affect' used instead of effect, and 'envuironmental'. These lexical inadequacies cause some difficulty for the reader and prevent the vocabulary from reaching a higher standard.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writer demonstrates a limited range of grammatical structures, relying heavily on simple sentences alongside attempts at complex forms that are frequently faulty. There are frequent errors in grammar, punctuation, and article usage which can cause difficulty for the reader. Examples include missing articles ('to cope the issue of house shortages'), subject-verb agreement issues ('maximum people reside in same place wityh no advert noise control walls installation'), and incorrect prepositions ('disagree on apartments construction'). Punctuation errors are also prominent, such as unnecessary spaces before commas and periods. While simple sentences are generally understandable, the higher frequency of structural and mechanical errors limits the overall grammatical score.
