In cities areas the land is short the people for living is much more. the better way to provide enough homes in large cities is to build tall apartment blocks.
I m totally agree with ststement . The main thing is in cities areas many people migarated to do their jobs. Someone homes is belong in the cities areas . The people migrated cause of their jobs , finds their flat this is the reason cities areas are more populated. The sheltter is being sort . that's why the best way to provide enough homes in large cities is to build tall apartment blocks . This will make more flat apartment blocks and much people can live there .
On there hand, tall apartment can be destroye by earthquake. Small houses are safe in the disgaster . People living in the tall apartment will be died at same time , there will be so much loss of a life . For example recently in the India a large building hostel destory in a moment this causes so much life loss . This is the fall of owner or large buliding still this case is running in the investment.
In conclusion, in my point of veiw the best way to provide the enough homes in large cities is to build tall apartment blocks is right .But on the other hand, if it not made with proper enginer map it could be destroy in a moment . so , the both views are right in their sides .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the task partially, achieving a position on whether tall apartment blocks are the best way to provide housing. However, the length requirement is not met, as the response contains only 215 words and falls short of the 250-word minimum (note that 41 words copied from the prompt were not counted). Ideas are limited and under-developed. For instance, the counterargument regarding earthquakes and building safety is introduced with examples like "recently in the India a large building hostel destory," but the explanation remains sketchy and lacks clear extension. To reach a higher band, the response would need to meet the minimum word count and fully develop both sides of the argument with well-supported examples and explanations.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is some basic organisation with attempts at paragraphing, but the response lacks a clear overall progression. Cohesive devices are used minimally or inaccurately, such as "On there hand" and "so , the both views are right in their sides," which disrupt the logical flow of ideas. Referencing and paragraph transitions are weak, making it difficult for the reader to follow a smooth argumentative thread. To improve, the writer needs to employ a wider and more accurate range of cohesive devices and ensure that each paragraph transitions logically into the next, maintaining a clear and unified progression throughout.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for expressing basic ideas. There are noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and spelling that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader, such as "migarated," "sheltter," "destroye," "disgaster," and "enginer map." The writer attempts some less common vocabulary related to housing and cities, but inaccurate control over collocations and spelling impedes precision. To move up to the next band, the student must expand their vocabulary range, use less common lexical items with greater accuracy, and ensure proper spelling and word forms throughout the essay.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The text displays a very limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple sentences with frequent grammatical errors. Attempts at complex or longer sentences are often faulty, featuring issues with verb tenses, subject-verb agreement, and articles, such as in "the people for living is much more," "Someone homes is belong in the cities areas," and "People living in the tall apartment will be died at same time." These frequent errors cause strain and difficulty for the reader. To achieve a higher band, the writer must demonstrate better control over basic sentence patterns, improve grammatical accuracy across verb forms and agreement, and reduce the frequency of errors.
