In recent years, it is believed that consturcting tall buldings in the major city areas can have more homes for people. On the other hand it gives more spaces for houses and could be beneficial for individuals. I strongly agree with the statement because having tall buldings can give more advantages for residents.
The urban areas are really expanding day by day. To adress this issue it is necessary to consturct tall buldings to have more spaces in the urban areas. Moreover, consturcting high buldings can have more homes in a certain space. Consequently, it can give more households to the citizens that they can easily have access for their own homes. Another positive impact is that it consist of small space to consturct tall buldings that could save other land areas for constructing new residential areas.
On the other hand, somtimes having tall buldings can be also cause negetive impacts. For example, tall architectures could be dangerous for individuals as well as for the goverment because tall buldings often could get affected by earthquicks. So, sometimes it might leads to negeative impact to the enviroment. To overcome this issue, we can use worth materials to build strong architecures.
In conclusion, having tall buldings can somtimes lead to distruction but on the other hand, I believe that constructing tall buldings in major city areas can be more beneficial. It provides more homes to the citizens and makes convinient living space for individuals. Also it could help to enchance living standards of the residents in the living area.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position that you agree with building tall apartment blocks to solve housing shortages in large cities. However, the development of ideas remains limited and under-developed. For instance, when you mention that tall buildings save land areas, this point is not fully extended with specific explanations or examples. Similarly, the counterargument regarding earthquakes is briefly introduced and immediately dismissed with a simplistic solution to use better materials, lacking deeper analysis. To reach a higher level, you need to extend your main ideas with more substantial explanations and relevant examples rather than simply stating general points.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The essay demonstrates some basic organization with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion, and basic cohesive devices such as 'Moreover', 'Consequently', and 'On the other hand' are used. However, there is a lack of clear overall progression across the essay as a whole, and some connections between sentences feel mechanical or repetitive. For example, the transition between discussing the urban expansion and the benefits of tall buildings lacks smooth flow. Paragraphing is attempted, but ideas within the paragraphs could be grouped and linked more logically. To improve, you should ensure that each paragraph builds progressively on the previous one and that referencing between ideas is clearer.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task. There is an attempt to use some less common words, but frequent spelling errors such as 'consturcting', 'buldings', 'adress', 'somtimes', 'negetive', 'earthquicks', 'worth' (instead of worthwhile or worthy), 'distruction', 'convinient', and 'enchanche' are present throughout the text. These lexical and spelling errors are noticeable and occasionally cause some difficulty for the reader. To move to a higher level, you need to expand your range of vocabulary, use more precise academic terms, and eliminate basic spelling mistakes through careful proofreading.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The essay displays a very limited range of sentence structures, relying primarily on simple sentences and basic attempts at complex forms that are often faulty. There are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with prepositions and relative clauses, such as 'have access for their own homes' instead of 'access to', and awkward phrasing like 'it consist of small space to consturct'. Punctuation and article usage also show frequent inaccuracies that can cause difficulty for the reader. To achieve a higher score, you need to incorporate a wider variety of complex structures with greater control, ensuring that your sentences are grammatically accurate and properly punctuated.
