Firstly I am agree with the statement, because tall apartments has an lots of flats where the big amount of population lives there life and enjoy the city with lots of facilities and the view of the city they enjoy in the balcony where they sit on with a cup of coffee and tea they enjoy sunset as well

on the other hand its an worst idea because when tall apartments builds in the city small apartments faced the big change on there small apartments and tall buildings gives lots of people home so when they stay there lots of people has or purchased cars or motorbikes for the travel but the amount of vehicles runs on anytime of the day so noises and pollution makes a very dangerous problems to every human

Government has to passed the rule if someone lives in a tall apartments they cant get an personnel vehicles with them instead of travel on the private vehicles they have to use public transport if they want to stay on that tall apartments.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

The response responds to the task only minimally and fails to reach the required word count, falling 45 words short of the 250-word minimum (note that 16 words copied from the task prompt were not counted). While the writer attempts to address the prompt by discussing both agreeing and disagreeing aspects of tall apartment blocks, the ideas remain limited, basic, and under-developed. The position is expressed in the opening introduction but lacks consistent expansion or clear support throughout the body paragraphs. To reach a higher level, the response would need to meet the minimum length requirement, fully explore both sides of the argument with relevant examples, and extend the ideas beyond simple, repetitive statements.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The essay displays some organisation through basic transitional markers such as 'Firstly' and 'on the other hand', but it lacks an overall clear progression. Paragraphing is attempted, but the text suffers from run-on sentence structures and a lack of proper punctuation, which breaks down the flow of ideas. Referencing is often unclear, such as when pronouns like 'they' refer ambiguously to multiple preceding nouns. To improve coherence and cohesion, the writer needs to structure the response into distinct, logical paragraphs with clear topic sentences, use punctuation correctly to separate distinct ideas, and employ a wider and more accurate range of cohesive devices to connect sentences smoothly.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, showing a limited range that is only minimally adequate for the task. The student attempts some less common terms and phrases, such as 'public transport', 'population lives there life', and 'dangerous problems', but noticeable errors in word choice, word form, and collocation are frequent. Examples include 'personnel vehicles' instead of personal vehicles, and 'worst idea' used repeatedly in a simplistic manner. These errors sometimes cause difficulty or strain for the reader. To achieve a higher score, the writer must expand their vocabulary range, use precise words appropriate to academic contexts, and avoid frequent lexical inaccuracies.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The grammatical range is very limited, relying primarily on simple sentence structures and faulty attempts at complex sentences. There are frequent, persistent errors in grammar throughout the text, including tense inconsistencies ('was an wonderful idea if they build'), subject-verb agreement issues ('tall apartments has', 'apartments builds'), article misuse ('an wonderful', 'an great idea'), and missing prepositions. Punctuation is largely neglected, resulting in long, run-on sentences with minimal stops. To progress to a higher band, the writer must demonstrate control over basic grammatical structures, ensure correct verb forms and agreement, use articles and plurals accurately, and incorporate a wider variety of error-free complex sentence forms.
