In todays modern era, there is scarcity of houses. Some people think tall building block is best way to provide enough accommdomation. I agree to some extent.
In present era, due to huge population, goverment could not provide enough houses and there is also lack of land. Building tall apartment blocks would be benefical to people because it has a lot of facalities.
The most prominent reason of making it that it saves lot of nation's land and provide enough houses. It provide facalities like full time electricity, it also has garden for childrens and elderly people. Grocery shops are available inside the apartment from which resident can purchase anything.
Most of the buildings provide securities and they notice all thing 24/7. For example, apartment use modern technology like bio-metric and face recognise enterance and high quality cameras are installed for safety purpose.
Living in a big and tall apartments also give problems sometime. It can causes social problems like parking or water shortage. There is huge crowd in houses, resident can not focus or concerntrate on their work.
It also causes noise pollution.A repititive noise coming from the vehicle. For example, If one house use all tank water of the block then other people live without water all day.
To conclude,I partially agree with it, tall apartment blocks can provide enough homes, also provide many facalities and gives human safety but it can causes many social problems like fighting, water shortage, horde and other if it is not maintain well and properly

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
The response addresses the task partially by presenting a clear position agreeing to some extent, but the ideas remain somewhat limited and under-developed. While the student mentions valid points such as saving land, amenities, and security, these points lack deep extension or thorough support. For instance, mentioning facilities like full-time electricity and gardens is relevant, but these ideas are stated rather than fully elaborated. To move to a higher level, the writer needs to expand on their arguments with more detailed explanations and fully developed supporting examples that strengthen the overall discussion of high-rise living.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is some organisation present with a clear introduction and conclusion, but the text lacks an overall sense of clear progression. Paragraphing is attempted, though the body paragraphs are disjointed and clump multiple distinct thoughts together without smooth transitions. Cohesive devices are used minimally or repetitively, such as the repeated use of 'For example' and basic transitions like 'To conclude'. Referencing is sometimes unclear, particularly with pronouns like 'it' in sentences such as 'The most prominent reason of making it that...'. To improve, the writer should ensure each paragraph has a single clear focus and employ a wider, more natural variety of cohesive links to connect ideas logically.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task, with noticeable errors that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. There are numerous spelling and word-form errors, such as 'accommdomation', 'goverment', 'benefical', 'facalities', 'repititive', 'horde' (intended as horde/crowd confusion), and 'maintain'. The student attempts some less common vocabulary, but inaccurate word choice and collocation issues—such as 'use all tank water' or 'gives human safety'—hinder precise expression. To achieve a higher score, the writer must expand their lexical range, focus on correct spelling, and ensure that words are used with appropriate collocations and contextual precision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The text relies on a very limited range of sentence structures, and attempts at complex sentences are frequently faulty. There are persistent errors in grammar and punctuation, particularly regarding article usage ('scarcity of houses', 'in todays modern era'), subject-verb agreement ('resident can not focus', 'apartment use'), and pluralisation ('elderly people', 'cameras are installed'). Additionally, missing prepositions and awkward clause structures disrupt the flow. To progress, the writer should incorporate a wider variety of complex grammatical structures while significantly reducing basic errors in punctuation, articles, and verb forms to ensure greater clarity.
